Distribution network field operation has a wider range,more types,higher accuracy,higher application value of safety information.Intelligent field safety alarm equipment can improve the safety of power field operation in an all-round way,help to improve the monitoring,analysis and early warning functions of power grid field operation,and is an important supporting technology for the intellectualization of distribution network safety operation.At present,the safety management of electric field operation in distribution network has been carried out by means of safety regulations and on-site artificial supervision.The main problems are as follows:(1)the electric field distribution in distribution network field operation is not clear,the safety early warning system of distribution network field operation is lacking,and the theoretical basis of electric shock risk is very weak;(2)the safety of distribution network field operation lacks effective electric field,etc.Real-time monitoring and early warning and alarming devices of environmental parameters are the important reasons for the occurrence of safety accidents,which greatly increases the safety risks of field workers,and leads to the failure to deal with the hidden dangers of personal accidents in time.The focus of this paper is the research of field operation safety prevention and control system.The design of field operation safety prevention and control system includes four parts: the research of security early warning model of typical production work scene,the optimization design of proximity alarm,the design of intelligent terminal APP and the design and entity production of safety prevention and control system products.The security early warning model in typical scenarios provides a theoretical basis and reference for the development of near-field alarm,which visually specifies the radiation range of electromagnetic field.The combination of proximity alarm and intelligent terminal APP can provide all-round and multi-dimensional protection for field workers.And the design of safety prevention and control system products provides a guarantee for the near-electric alarm to be put into actual production and life.The safety prevention and control system product developed in this paper can alarm the electric field in time and effectively.The test proves that the accuracy rate reaches 99% and the response time is less than 1 s.It can remind the staff to pay attention to safety in time and effectively,and can realize the connection between the operator and the rear supervisor.It also allows efficient and real-time communication and control while overhauling work,and determines the clear overhaul party.The case greatly improves the efficiency of maintenance,provides abundant means and scientific basis for scientific management and command decision-making of personnel,and provides technical support for field operation safety of distribution network,so as to improve the management level of safety production of power grid enterprises.
