| Throughout the current world energy development trend,the "re-electrification" has been significantly strengthened,more and more non-fossil energy is being converted into electric energy,and the proportion of electric energy in the end energy consumption has gradually increased.In the process of future energy reform in China,more energy will be used to replace other forms of energy consumption.Thermal power plants play a leading role in China’s energy structure.With the increasingly severe energy situation in the world,energy conservation and emission reduction have become an important theme of China’s energy policy.For domestic thermal power plants,how to ensure the safe and stable operation of the steam turbine unit,how to reduce coal consumption and improve economic efficiency is the most important work of each power plant.The vacuum system of the steam turbine unit is a large and complex system.The operation of the vacuum system not only affects the safe and stable operation of the unit but also affects the coal consumption of the power supply and affects the economical type of the entire unit.In the past 10 years,a large number of ultra-supercritical units of Siemens models have been put into production in China.The equipment layout and structure are different from those of traditional subcritical and supercritical units.The operation and maintenance of the vacuum system needs to be analyzed and studied in combination with actual conditions..In this paper,the production process of the thermal power generating unit,the ultra-supercritical steam turbine system and the equipment characteristics are introduced in detail.By establishing the mathematical model to analyze the thermal performance index,the vacuum influencing factors of the unit are analyzed and calculated,and the vacuum system is tight and condensed.The relationship between the cleanliness of the turbine and the efficiency of the unit.Secondly,the problems existing in the vacuum system of the supersupercritical unit are analyzed.It is proposed that the steam injection system and the on-line cleaning device of the condenser can be used to optimize the vacuum system,which can effectively improve the cold end equipment of the unit.Reliability and safety also improve condenser cooling efficiency and vacuum.Finally,this paper studies the operation mode of the vacuum system for the characteristics of Siemens ultrasupercritical units,proposes the rigorous test operation requirements and fault handling methods,compares and analyzes the vacuum system leak detection method,and combines the vacuum leak detection of a power plant #2 unit.The actual work in detail analyzes the hidden leaks and treatment methods of the vacuum system of Siemens ultra-supercritical unit,which is of great significance for improving the energy-saving emission reduction level and equipment stability of the generator set. |
