| In order to obtain the competitive advantage in Shipbuilding market, the Shipbuilding companies must take various measures to implement the modern shipbuilding mode in order to improve the efficiency of shipbuilding. Outfitting work covers the installation of piping and iron material, the laying of cable and testing of equipment, which is one of the key links in the shipbuilding industry, and it has an important impact on the shipbuilding efficiency and working cycle. At the same time, outfitting shop has complex operation process, large number and variety of outfitting material, and the management of outfitting shop is very different. Traditional outfitting workshop plans rely on temporary ideas, scene items are placed in disorder and workshop quality lack of beforehand control, which result in lower production efficiency. In conclusion, outfitting work has become one of the important restricting factors in the shipbuilding cycle.Based on the theory of Lean Production, combined with the actual situation of outfitting shop, using a combination of the situation and methods, the thesis tries hard to improve the efficiency of the outfitting shop from three aspects of production planning management, field management and construction quality management. Firstly, there is a brief introduction about organization structure and business process of the ship outfitting workshop, and the thesis introduces the present situation and existing problems of production management from three aspects of production planning, field management and construction quality management. Secondly, the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward to solve the problems in these three aspects. Finally, the thesis puts forward measures to ensure the implementation of improvement measures.The research on the outfitting workshop production management is not only beneficial for practical application, but also can be used to other workshop under the use of some universal improvement measures. |
