| The operation and maintenance of substation is one of the basic core professional work in Anhui Electric Power Company.At present,there are problems such as personnel and efficiency in the operation and maintenance of substation,which will hinder the State Grid Corporation from building a world-class energy Internet enterprise with outstanding competitiveness,and the uncertain factors will appear in the safe operation of substations managed by Anhui Electric Power Company.In order to make the operation and maintenance of substation work more productive,it is necessary to optimize the management mode of the operation and maintenance in substation.With the help of Internet technology and thinking,the management mode of the operation and maintenance in substation can be adjusted to solve the problem of management efficiency,which is conducive to optimize and improve the operation and maintenance modes for some similar large state-owned enterprises.At the same time,it has some certain reference significance to promote the reform and transformation of the large state-owned enterprises.This dissertation firstly studies the basic operation and maintenance management of substation,the management mode,the operation and maintenance management mode,the operation and maintenance management mode of substation,and the operation and maintenance management mode of substation under Internet environment.Then it summarizes the current situation of the management mode of operation and maintenance in Anhui Electric Power Company,and then makes an overall and essential analysis of the problems and solutions about the management mode.Subsequently,this dissertation analyses the characteristics and the possibility of optimization of the management mode under the Internet environment,and establishes the goal of optimization.Finally,this article puts forward the methods of optimizing management mode,some relevant problems and suggestions.This thesis holds that the existing management mode of operation and maintenance in substation has the problems of insufficient personnel,unreasonable age structure,rapid equipment updating and complicated work,and the corresponding management system and process can not change its management status in Anhui Electric Power Company.Under the Internet environment,new features emerge in the management mode,such as more flexible personnel,more reliable equipment,weakened management system and simplified management process,which provide the possibility for improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance management in substation.Therefore,the optimization needs to separate the concept of operation and maintenance safety from the intrinsic safety of equipment on the basis of the existing management mode,improve the connection of all directions in management structure,and optimize the relevant systems and processes of the management,so as to systematically achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance from the perspective of management mode.The adjusted mixed management mode will lay more stress on the efficiency of personnel,the management structure will be more stable,and the adaptability to the changes of external environment will be stronger.It is a management mode that combines autonomy with outsourcing,makes the supporting system more open and manages the process more compact.In the future,the directions of research about operation and maintenance of substation will have the deep integration from smart grid technology and ubiquitous power Internet of things,the integrated management mode of control center,operation and maintenance,overhaul,and the evolution method of life team. |
