The feasibility design of power transmission and transformation project is a necessary part of the power grid construction.The rationality of its design is very important.It is not only directly related to the final economic benefits of power grid,but also closely related to the load sTab..ility,power quality and even the local economic development.In order to improve the power supply capacity,meet the demand of load development,alleviate the tension of power consumption,and further strengthen and improve the grid structure in this area,it is necessary to design the 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Bai Yang.The design scheme of conventional transmission and transformation project is difficult to meet the increasing demand for electricity because of its weak expansibility,low intelligence and small total transformer capacity.Therefore,this paper carried out a research on the demand of220 kV transmission and transformation project in Bai Yang,and puts forward a detailed planning and design scheme accordingly.The main contents are as follows:1.The regional profile,load level and network status of the Bai Yang area are elaborated in detail,and the necessity of the project is analyzed.Finally,the parameter requirements are put forward through the comparison of power system access schemes and the necessary electrical calculation,which can guarantee the economic and security implementation of the project.2.According to the requirement research of the system relay protection,dispatching automation and system communication of Bai Yang 220 kV substation,the potential safety hazards of emerging transformations are analyzed,and the second improvement scheme is put forward,which can meet the needs of the long-term development of power grid.3.Considering the special geographic location of the new changes and reserving ample development space for urban construction,the site of the station is selected for primary selection.Finally,the reasonable site is determined by comparative analysis of hydrology,address,transportation and other environmental conditions.4.According to the actual conditions of the new transformer,the detailed idea of power transmission project is carried out,and the primary and secondary overall layout are completed.The transmission route scheme is determined on the basis of the principles of route selection.Theselection of ground guide,insulation conFig.uration and pole and tower type is completed considering local meteorological factors.5.Based on the results of feasibility analysis,the energy-saving analysis and investment estimation of the project are carried out,and the social and economic benefits of the comprehensive equipment operation and engineering economic situation are analyzed.The paper demonstrates the rationality of the 220 kV transmission and transformation project in Bai Yang and analyses its social and economic benefits,which verifies the effectiveness of the design scheme in this paper.
