| In recent years,the rapid development of urbanization and the rapid advancement of demolition and rebuilding have put forward high efficiency and high quality requirements for wall plastering.In this paper,the dynamic analysis and research of the vibratory compaction of the new plastering machine is carried out,which provides theoretical guidance for practical work.The research work in this paper includes:(1)On the basis of investigating the present situation of construction engineering and the research status of plastering machine,the design requirements are put forward and the design scheme of plastering machine is determined.In order to ensure that the plastering machine is easy to carry and adapt to different sizes of wall to be plastered,a dismountable splicing structure is designed.For different requirements of plastering slurry vibration compaction,an excitation device with adjustable excitation frequency and excitation force amplitude is designed.According to the technical parameters of the plastering machine,the basic structural dimensions of each component are determined,and the three-dimensional model of the whole machine is established by using the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,which lays a foundation for the analysis and research of the model.(2)The key components of the plastering machine were analyzed by finite element analysis using ANSYS Workbench,and the stress,strain and deformation cloud diagram of the key components under working conditions were obtained.The modal analysis and harmonic response of the compacted plate were specially made according to the working characteristics.Analyze and verify the safety and reliability of the part.(3)Using ADAMS to analyze the mechanical system dynamics of the vibratingdevice of the plastering machine,by obtaining the acceleration and reaction force response curves,the working performance of the excitation device is predicted,and the range of motion of the excitation device is obtained.,peak load and periodic load law.(4)A plasterer-grout kinetic model was established and its system transfer function was obtained.Calculated the parameters required by the system.The water-ash ratio,vibration frequency and excitation force amplitude are the main compaction control parameters.The multi-parameter simulation is carried out by MATLAB using the established model.The data are analyzed and the three factors are applied to the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the mortar.The trend of change trends,and through the obtained data and factor trend map,determine the optimal combination of parameters for mortar vibratory compaction.Through the simulation of the parameters of the small-interval multi-group simulation,the curve and surface map of the transition time with each parameter are obtained,and the influence of various factors on the vibratory compaction effect of the mortar is visually seen more intuitively.The research results have important guiding significance for the reasonable selection of vibratory compaction parameters of the plastering machine,and provide a theoretical basis for the prediction of compaction effect.(5)Based on Ansys workbench LS-Dyna,the elastoplastic material of mortar was defined,and the finite element model of compacted plate-ash mortar was established.The finite element simulation of the compaction plate-ash vibration system was carried out,and the stress of mortar under the action of exciting force was obtained.The cloud image analyzes the stress and displacement trends of the mortar surface layer and the deep layer excited force,verifies the correctness of the designed mechanism,and is capable of performing the vibration compaction work,verifying the correctness of the theory obtained in the first two parts.Sex,and mutual proof of correctness.The designed plastering machine can complete the plastering and vibration compaction work with high efficiency and high quality.The structure can be disassembled and assembled,can adapt to different sizes of plaster wall to be plastered,and is easy to carry.It can set amplitude,walking speed and exciting force.In order to adapt to the different plastering mortar materiaLS;carry out finite element analysis on the key parts of the plastering machine to verify the reliability of the structure;simulatethe vibration compaction dynamics of the plastering machine-ash mortar,simulate the vibration compaction process of the compacting plate The trend of vibration compaction work efficiency with various parameters is obtained.The stress distribution characteristics and mortar change characteristics of the mortar affected by the excitation force are analyzed to provide reference for the practical application of the project. |
