Based on a pre-research project,this paper designs and studies the propellant delivery machine of a 155-caliber artillery.The propellant delivery machine can achieve the function of transporting the propellant from the automatic propellant storage mechanism to the propellant room.In order to verify whether the designed propellant delivery machine meets the design requirements,the 3D design software is used to design a model of the propellant delivery machine,and the motion dynamics analysis software dynamically simulates the working process of it.To study and analyze the vibration during the experimental process of the propellant delivery machine and propose solutions,which provides guidance for the manufacturing and improvement of the propellant delivery machine.This paper mainly conducts the following research:Firstly,according to the overall indicators of the artillery auto-loading system and the technical indicators of the propellant delivery machine,the overall plan design of the propellant delivery machine is completed.According to the functions of the propellant delivery machine’s various components,the corresponding scheme design is completed,and the 3D model of each component is designed by software.After that,the kinematic analysis calculations were performed on each component.Second,the dynamic analysis software Adams was used to build a virtual prototype model of the propellant delivery machine,so the dynamics simulation analysis was carried out for each movement process of the propellant delivery machine.In order to be closer to reality,ANSYS and Adams were used to establish the rigid-flexible coupling model of the flipping mechanism,to study the vibration problem of the flipping mechanism during motion.Finally,according to the gap theory,the rigid-flexible coupling model of the flipping mechanism with the kinematic pair gap is established,and the influence of the kinematic pair gap on the vibration of the tray is discussed.Then,according to the deformation of the flipping mechanism parts during the movement,the rigidity of the flipping mechanism is insufficient,thereby improving the system structure and the rigidity of the flipping mechanism.Through the research on the motion pair gap and the improvement of the mechanism,it provides guidance for improving the vibration of the flipping mechanism.
