The Application Of Zen Culture In The Landscape Design Of Characteristic Towns

With the rapid development of tourism in China,the construction of characteristic towns is in full swing.In the process of building characteristic towns warmly in various places,there are also serious harmful phenomena of homogeneity of landscape construction.In order to highlight the "special" features of Characteristic Towns and avoid "one side of a thousand towns",we must excavate the historical context of the site,inject cultural texture and pay attention to people’s psychological needs in the process of building characteristic towns.Wenlu Town has become one of the trends of tourism development.More and more people travel not only for physical pleasure,but also for the pursuit of a better life and spiritual world.In Chinese traditional culture,Zen culture has its own unique charm.Its self-cultivation thought can help people to find their inner selves.Under the influence of its thought,the Zen landscape is more and more popular.Starting with the development and evolution of Zen culture,this paper expounds the transformation from temple Zen to life Zen.It advocates the use of life Zen in line with the lifestyle of modern people to create a Zen cultural theme landscape area.Zen pursues the pure world and human nature.Its purpose is "not to establish words,teach other biographies,and become Buddha by seeing nature." Its purpose is to remove false and retain true.Reflected in the landscape form is to remove all unnecessary decoration,leaving enough space for people to imagine.This paper summarizes the representative of Japanese gardens created under the Buddhist pessimistic Zen Aesthetics-dry mountains and rivers,the construction methods of material selection,space scale,plant allocation,and the Zen thought of Chinese classical gardens in contrast.Through the development status and case analysis of Zen culture theme towns,this paper summarizes how to build Zen culture theme towns.1.In the landscape form,respect the simple expression of Zen thought;in space,the comparison of size shows the Zen thought of "one can absorb more,many also contain one,big can enter into small,small can accommodate big".2.On the architectural level,do not stick to the ancient architectural forms,and do not deliberately advertise the so-called image of the ancient town or become obsolete.3.In the overall layout,the natural layout of Chinese classical gardens is used,combining with the local environment and the topographic conditions of the base,to minimize excavation and filling,to protect the ecological environment of the area,and to increase the leisure atmosphere.4.Reflect that Zen painting can not be limited to a specific life of Zen,using the moderate abstraction of Japanese Zen,using Chinese Zen into the daily sense of harmony,learn from strengths and make up for weaknesses,flexibly using modern Zen into the way of cultural tourism.At the same time,the cultural valley of Zhengzhou Xiling Town is investigated on the spot to understand its topography,topography,surrounding environment and existing resources,and strive to create a modern Zen town with cultural characteristics,leisure tourism and healthy health,so as to provide reference for the landscape design of Zen culture theme town in the future.
