Evaluation Of Immigrant Settlement Construction Of Urban Human Settlement Environment In The Three Gorges Period

The construction of the Three Gorges Project and the resettlement of migrants in the reservoir area were basically completed in 2009.However,the sustainable development of the human settlements in the Three Gorges reservoir area is a long-term task.In solving the practical problems faced by the construction of the Three Gorges Project,it is found that the key to the success of the Three Gorges Project is to settle down the immigrants.Thus,the object of this study is defined.Settlement of migrants is a problem involving a wide range of aspects,including the social economy,livelihood engineering,etc.of the city,as well as the living environment,daily life and employment of urban migrants after their relocation.Based on the study of the evolution and dynamics of the Three Gorges Reservoir City,this paper concludes that the main contradictions of the Three Gorges Reservoir City in the post-Three Gorges period are transformed,and then puts forward that "settlements for immigrants" is the primary issue of the human settlements environment in the post-Three Gorges period.At the same time,guided by the scientific theory of human settlements environment and centered on the settlements of migrants,the logical framework of "social-space-living" Trinity is constructed.Based on this framework,the current situation and characteristics of Kaizhou and Yunyang are commented and evaluated,and the three dimensions of data evolution,spatial analysis and satisfaction evaluation are constructed,and the relevant immigrants in two cities are concluded.On the basis of the evaluation,the paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the construction of human settlements environment in the post-Three Gorges period.The thinking content of this paper is divided into the following four parts.The first part is to raise questions,corresponding to the first chapter of the paper.This part mainly identifies two points: First,the reason for selecting the topic.The reasons for the study of the reservoir area cities in the post-Three Gorges period are discussed.Second,the core of this paper is to make a detailed study of the concepts and research summaries of the settlements of urban migrants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.The second part is the analysis of the problem,corresponding to the second and third chapters of the paper.This part is mainly a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the construction of settlements for immigrants in the post-Three Gorges period.The comprehensive analysis point of view lies in the stages of settlements for immigrants.The reasons for the transformation of the main contradictions in the reservoir area in the post-Three Gorges period are studied and analyzed,and the characteristics of the current situation of the settlements of the urban migrants in the reservoir area are analyzed,so as to construct the analytical framework of "society-space-residence" trinity.Based on this framework,this paper reviews the current situation and characteristics of Kaizhou and Yunyang.The third part is to solve the problem,the fourth and fifth chapters of the article.This part is mainly based on the analysis of the problems,put forward solutions.One way to solve this problem is to determine the criteria for evaluating the settlements of immigrants.Through the establishment of an objective and comprehensive evaluation system for the construction of settlements in the post-Three Gorges period.The second way to solve the problem is to use Kaizhou and Yunyang as typical cases to evaluate the overall security of migrants,find out its advantages and disadvantages,and then put forward optimization strategies.The fourth part is the summary of the paper.The overall research ideas and contents of the paper are sorted out,the research results of the paper are obtained and the shortcomings of the research are analyzed.
