The passive house technology using performance based design method for rural houses in Tianjin has been explored in the thesis.Meanwhile,it has been investigated that energy consumption and cost are quantitatively controlled during the design process for achieving the suitable integrated passive house technological solution for rural houses in Tianjin.First of all,the technical system and energy consumption calculation method of the passive house were studied.According to the energy balance principle of the passive house,the steady-state calculation method is adopted with a monthly calculation unit,and the heat balance equation for obtaining the heating and cooling demand of the building is established.Through the comparison of the passive house standards between China and Germany,with the consideration of related researches on the local climate of Tianjin made by other scholars,the energy use and indoor comfort indexes of passive houses for Tianjin region were determined.Secondly,through field research and literature review,the studies of the building characteristics,energy utilization status,farmers' living behavior and rural resource conditions in Tianjin have been conducted and its energy consumption of farm buildings and the status of indoor thermal comfort have also been analyzed,and it follows the summary of the shortcomings of energy utilization in rural residential buildings in Tianjin.The overall strategy and key technologies were studied on how to reduce the heating energy consumption and improve the indoor thermal comfort by using passive house technology.For this reason,an architectural paradigm was developed,reflecting the characteristics of common houses in rural areas in Tianjin.Taking the architectural paradigm mentioned before as the research object,through the simulation analysis on building energy consumption with PHPP,the energy sensitivity analysis model and the characteristics and laws of the performance change of each component affecting the building energy consumption were obtained.Based on the MATLAB platform,the heat balance equation of passive house was programmed by using its powerful array computing function and scientific computing language.A large number of program samples were calculated and screened based on the energy consumption and cost control objectives,and thus the influence of different design parameters of different parts on building energy consumption and incremental cost was obtained.Through comprehensive screening,a typical passive housing technology combination scheme suitable for the characteristics of rural houses in Tianjin was obtained on the basis of energy consumption and cost control.All these provide a reference for the use of passive housing technology in the construction of rural houses in Tianjin.
