Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In The Field Of Modern Architectural Heritage

Architectural heritage is an indispensable part of human civilization.Architectural heritage protection has attracted more and more attention all over the world.In our country,the protection consciousness and practical action of architectural heritage have been significantly improved with the development of society.However,in recent years,because of the sustained and rapid economic development,the speed of urban renewal has been accelerating,and great difficulties have arisen in the protection of architectural heritage.The contradiction between the protection of architectural heritage and the urban renewal in the new era has become increasingly prominent.The direction of concern for urban construction in China urgently needs to be changed from scale to quality.As the cultural carrier of a specific period of time,modern architectural heritage has become the breakthrough point of urban sustainable development,but also an important opportunity to inherit traditional culture and continue the regional context.The main building of Tianjin foreign language university is a modern architectural heritage with great research value.Firstly,this paper discusses the history and current situation of architectural heritage protection and renewal at home and abroad,and summarizes the current development status and research prospects in this field.Then the applicability of BIM technology in the field of architectural heritage protection is excavated,and the coordination and cooperation mode of BIM technology and related technologies are analyzed.Based on the Analysis of the main building of Tianjin Foreign Studies University by using BIM technology,this paper presents the classification and planning of the family information database,the internal relationship between the logic of Revit software and typology theory,the parametric definition of BIM technology,and the information expression of modern architectural heritage in different times.Finally,through the example——the main building of Tianjin Foreign Studies University,this paper discusses the advantages of BIM technology in the field of modern architectural heritage,and compares the research results with the backgroundof the times,expands horizontal research of this project,and analyzes its guidance and reference significance for similar projects are analyzed.
