Research On Landscape Evaluation Of Community Park Based On Rehabilitation Concept

The development of urban densification leads to more fewer opportunities for people to access green space,and this restriction may affect people’s physical and mental health.Along with people’s pursuit of spiritual and material life,the healthy role of green space has received great attentions.As an open green space for daily recreation,community parks are frequently used by the elder and children.Elder and children feel the park’s restorative experience and influence are most directly.The landscape characteristics of community parks have a great influence on the elder and children’s landscape perception and environmental preference,which has an impact on their physical and mental health.The research selectes five community parks in Tianjin as the object.Firstly,this paper investigates the status quo of environmental restoration in community parks,and clarifies the user’s environmental restoration feelings and preference factors.Secondly,by exploring the relationship between restorative assessment and landscape perception,this paper summarizes the landscape perception factors that affect the recovery benefits of the elder and children,and draws the corresponding conclusions by quantitative analysis.Thirdly,the relationship between landscape perception items and landscape eigenvalues were explored to obtain the results of perception transformation.Finally,the paper combines the results of investigation and analysis with text interviews,and puts forward the design strategies of restorative community parks for the elder,children and both the elder and children.The results show that community park users are generally in a state of mental consumption and have a high degree of recognition for park restoration;landscape perception of users have a significant impact on restoration evaluation,and the perception factors ‘contribution rate of different age groups are different,the plant factor have the highest consistency both in elderly and children.there is a certain correlation between different perception evaluation items and landscape object indicators.The research chooses regression analysis with strong correlation to get the corresponding perception threshold value and the change relationship of scale indicators.Quantitative datas provide specific reference for the construction of community parks.Based on the concept of restoration,the study explores the impact of landscape characteristics on the behavior and psychology of the community park users.The results have a great significance of improving the landscape function theory and the actual design of the community parks.
