The Study On The Space Construction Of Community Parks Based On Audiovisual Perception Of The Elderly

The Aging is an irreversible trend of population development in China,and the problems and new demands caused by aging are the focus of our country.With the development of the era of civilization,the community for the elderly groups have a new understanding,the elderly asked not only food and clothing,but also hope from the spiritual comfort.Community park as a public space within the residence,is the residents spiritual living space environment of interpersonal and emotional exchange can not be missing.However,under the background of social of the rapidly evolving urbanization process,community parks in cities tend to be based on functional planning,ignoring people’s perceptual cognition,especially the perception of the elderly."If you are only designing for young people,then you will be excluded from the elderly;if you do the design for the elderly,then you will take into account the young people" said Bernard Asik,a professor of geriatric medicine in the UK."For the elderly,accompanied by increasing age are their distinct physical and mental needs and a sense of belonging and a sense of security.Therefore,integrate the environmental perception and emotional needs of the elderly into the community park venue space creating,and through the study of the different effects of environmental factors on the audiovisual perception of the elderly,so as to find the factors that trigger and stimulate the perception of the elderly,and then promote the occurrence of communication behavior of the elderly,so that optimize the use of venue space of the community park and regain the sense of security,happiness and belonging of the elderly.This paper aims at the contradiction between the environment of Community parks and the needs of the aged,and based on the retrieval and summarization of relevant literatures at home and abroad,defines the concepts and scope of the Community parks and the aged,moreover,this paper analyzes the main daily activities of the aged,the main environmental factors influencing the audio-visual perception of the aged and the frequency correlation between audiovisual perception and the behavior of the aged and so on.On the basis of exploring the meaning and goal of the space construction of Community parks in the perspective of audiovisual perception of the elderly,the paper mainly from the analyze of community park of the accessibility,aesthetics,applicability,comfort,safety,convenience,identification and other aspects to study the elderly satisfaction of the Community park space Environment.And based on the theoretical knowledge of gerontology,geriatric Medicine,color science,the rehabilitation concept to design the questionnaire survey,then summarizes the factors influencing the visual perception of the aged mainly start with three index layers of plant configuration,architectural sketches,space construction,but the factors influencing the auditory perception of the aged mainly from the natural sound,artificial sound and life sound three aspects.Secondly,the paper chooses three community parks in different regions of Fuzhou as the research object,using the interview questionnaire,Fixed-point observation,behavior annotation to carry out field research.through the processing and analysis of the data,summed up the community park satisfaction of the elderly mainly focus on a variety of service facilities are neat and safe,the location of space landscape environment is comfortable beauty,sanitation,facilities and other management is in place three aspects.The most important factors influencing the visual perception of the aged include three aspects about the color of tree species,the color of architectural sketches,the color of paving and material selection,and the influence of the old people’s auditory perception of environmental factors mainly about the children’s frolic voice,chat voice,the sound of vehicles,noise(construction,etc.),the sound of water,leaves rustling sound and so on.Finally,according to the specific data summarized and collated in the front,from the perspective of visual and auditory perception,the paper proposes some suggestions and measures to stimulate the behavior occurrence of older persons,improve the use value of community parks and enhances the sense of belonging,security and sense of identification of the aged.I hope that through this research,can put a new perspective of the environmental psychology and human environment perception into the environment of the environment shaping,so as to build the community park environment In line with the physical and mental needs and emotional orientation of the elderly,and then enhance the elderly sense of belonging and security,and to provide new guidance for community park space create from simple of pursuit function and Aesthetic shift to creat space artistic conception of human psychology as the main body.
