Container ship is one of the mainstream ship types in shipbuilding industry.Container ships are now loading more and more containers,which has reached more than20,000 containers.With the reduction of cost,container ships have become a very economical and effective carrier of transport.Ship power station is the power source of ships.With the increase of container loading capacity,the proportion of refrigerated containers is higher and higher,and the capacity of ship power station is larger and larger.The calculation of power load becomes more and more important.Safety and economy are the two most important factors in shipbuilding.If the calculated value of ship power load is too large,the power station will always operate at low load.Such efficiency is very low,and the specifications of power load allocated for it will be too large,so the cost will increase a lot.The aim and content of this paper is to study the calculation of power load of 9400 container ships.Firstly,the electrical equipment,typical operating conditions and electric load of the ship are classified,and the common methods of calculating electric load are studied.In this paper,the electric load of the ship is calculated by the method of demand coefficient,three kinds of load and probability statistics of cluster analysis in turn.According to the calculation results,the paper summarizes and discusses the results and finds the best ones.Using C language and MATLAB computer software,random model and proportional random model of equipment operation are designed according to probability respectively.Power load is simulated by software programming.The maximum,minimum and expected values of total power of power load are obtained.The output power curve,frequency power distribution bar chart and total power distribution of MATLAB are used.Bar charts,etc.are used to calculate the power load of 9400 container ships under normal navigation.Three manual calculation methods and two simulation methods are compared and validated.The common problems of power load calculation are discussed and the software of power load calculation is introduced.Through the calculation and research in this paper,we hope to find a more accurate and simple calculation method,which can be effectively applied to the power load forecasting of shipyards.
