| Ocean liner integrates high-end technology in many fields and is known as the Pearl in the crown of the world shipbuilding industry.Ship power grid,as the core architecture of its design and construction,is directly related to the operation performance of ocean liner.Therefore,if we want to change the current situation of China’s shipbuilding industry,and accelerate the design and construction of ocean liner,we must be based on the independent research and development of ship power grid design and control technology.Ship power grid belongs to the mobile microgrid system.The calculation and prediction of power load and the optimal dispatch of power are the core technologies and difficulties of microgrid control and operation.At the same time,it also plays a guiding role in the initial planning and efficient operation of microgrid.In view of the above problems,this paper studies from improving the accuracy of load forecasting and optimizing power scheduling.Firstly,the demand side analysis and load calculation of ocean liner are carried out.Ocean liner is a kind of sightseeing ship,which has a variety of entertainment places and cabins.Considering the load types,variation characteristics and operating conditions,the computer simulation method is used to calculate the load under four operating conditions,and the theoretical calculation results are used as the basis for correcting the actual load data.The local weighted regression method is used to process the abnormal load data,which makes the data more real and reliable.Secondly,according to the time sequence characteristics of ship power load,empirical mode decomposition method is used to decompose the modified load series to reduce the interaction between different frequency series,so as to improve the accuracy of load forecasting.The decomposed sequence is reconstructed after load forecasting by Elman neural network,and the forecasting results are compared with those of BP neural network.The error evaluation results show the superiority of the combined forecasting method.Finally,the economic cost function is established and the optimization algorithm is used to optimize the power dispatch of microgrid.This paper explores the functional relationship between diesel consumption and carbon emission,and establishes the objective function of carbon emission tax and investment cost with reference to the new system of carbon emission tax,so as to highlight the goal planning of energy efficient utilization and environmental resource protection.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to optimize the objective function to solve the ship power grid scheduling problem based on economic optimization. |
