As the world's fossil fuels are declining and fuel prices continue to soar,the proportion of fuel costs,which are the main costs of the shipping industry,is also increasing.In addition,the burning of a large amount of fossil fuels has caused a large amount of pollutants such as CO2 and sulfides,which not only aggravated the global greenhouse effect,but also caused the air quality of many countries and regions to decline,which has caused the world puts forward strong requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction.Nowadays,the means of energy saving and emission reduction of ships are mainly divided into two aspects.One aspect is from the hardware level,that is,using a low-resistance line type,adding a drag reduction body,using a high-efficiency propulsion device to reduce fuel consumption,and research on energy-consuming equipment?such as ship mainframes,boilers,etc.?to reduce energy consumption from the root cause;On the other hand,the hull energy efficiency management,through the statistics and assessment of the corresponding energy consumption situation,improve the energy efficiency of the ship's energy-consuming equipment,to achieve the effectiveness of energy-saving emission reduction.Most of the traditional management methods rely on manual statistics and analysis.With the development of information technology,big data and other technologies,energy efficiency management automation has become one of the trends of today's development.This paper combines the requirements of"Smart Ship Code?2015?"to design and develop a ship-based intelligent energy efficiency management system based on management level,to automatically monitor ship energy consumption,statistical analysis and evaluation of energy efficiency level,optimize energy-saving speed,and then assist the crew to manage the ship.Finally,the system was successfully applied to“Jiang Hai Zhi Da 1”which is a bulk carrier ship.The main works of this paper are as follows:1.According to the basic functional requirements of the ship energy efficiency management system,the overall architecture design of the integrated system is proposed,and the hardware part,software part and database in the overall architecture are designed.At the same time,the hardware and software implementation method and ship-shore data synchronous replication are proposed.2.Based on the data collected by the system,the original data signal outlier filtering method and missing value complementing method are proposed.At the same time,based on the characteristics of the collected data,the calculation of the navigation mileage,cumulative fuel consumption and various energy efficiency indicators are proposed.3.Using the ship speed,host speed,instantaneous fuel consumption,power,draught and other data collected during the ship's navigation process,starting from the basic principle of ship hull-machine-propeller matching,combined with the universal characteristics of the main engine,and the time and the environmental factors caused by the time and place during the actual navigation process,the speed model,power model and fuel consumption rate model are constructed,and the BP model is used to learn the data for these three models.Finally,the ship speed optimization model is constructed together with the constraints,and using genetic algorithm to obtain energy-saving speeds.4.Combined with the actual situation of the target ship"Jianghai Zhida 1"bulk carrier,the integrated application of the ship intelligent energy efficiency management system on the ship is realized,including rationally arranging the system hardware,and selecting and installing the sensor.
