Along with the remarkable improvement of China's economy,the continuous improvement of highway transportation network has brought about the explosive development of logistics and transportation industry.The occupancy of aluminum vans in transportation is continuously rising due to its comprehensive advantages.The wingspan van has a huge space for development based on that has all the advantages of the vans,they greatly improve the loading and unloading efficiency.However,the overall design level of the wing type van manufacturing enterprises in China is not high,and the design means are backward,which leads to the repeated low efficiency of the design process.In order to design high quality and high efficiency to meet user needs to open wing van,the parametric platform of wing opening van based on KBE is developed.The development of this platform makes the design of wing open vans have inheritance,standardization and serialization,serialized,shortenes development cycle of wingspan van and improves the core competitiveness of enterprises.First,the KBE and parameterized design methods are analyzed.Aiming at the design characteristics of the wingspan van,a solution based on KBE's parametric design platform is put forward,which provides theoretical and technological support for the development of the platform.Secondly,the relevant knowledge of wingspan van is sorted out and sorted out.According to the need of wingspan van design process,the knowledge database of wingspan van is established by using Microsoft Office Access technology.Then,through the research of the parameterized design technology and the human-computer interaction design technology,the parameterized modeling of wingspan van is completed.Furthermore,the user interface technology based on the two development of UG is studied,and the menu bar and user dialog box for wingspan van are developed.The parameterized design platform of wingspan van is developed,by using VC++6.0 programming software and UG two development technology.Finally,taking a certain type of wing open vane car as an example,the modeling of each component is accomplished quickly by parameterized modeling technology,and the model assembly is accomplished quickly by using automatic assembly technology.The static analysis and structure optimization of the model are carried out by calling HyperWorks.The effectiveness of the platform is verified.
