| Aviation industry is highly technology-intensive industries,where aircraft design technology represents the level of development of the aviation industry.With the complexity of the aircraft structure design and high versatility characteristics lead to lower productivity and lower parts.This proiect based on parametric design by creating a platform for KE to make the design experience,knowledge of rules to get the inheritance and innovation,in order to achieve the typical components of intelligent,digital design,in this project studies as follows:(1)By analyzing software and relevant principlesits of CATIA secondary development,by using CAA are built for RADE and Visual Studio 2005 will be combined with CATIA,to achieve the CATIA secondary development based parametric design techniques of KE.(2)Based on the typical characteristics of aeronautical parts,the wing spar are classified.First parameters will be selected and loaded in accordence with the design requirements,followed by the use of geometric constraints and characteristics based traversal knowledge-driven to achieve rapid modeling parameters.(3)The typical model repository platform created to KBE as guidance.By analyzing the data in the knowledge base,to determine the instance model retrieval,modification and storage,thus completing the knowledge acquisition,representation and reasoning.(4)Combined KBE parametric design module and legacy systems,packaged in the development of the operating system.Variant design system based on the knowledge reuse and resource model internal sharing of knowledge.With this system,we can optimize the design process,the design specifications,standards and expertise to organize,store and use.Improve the speed of transforming between KE base and different resources about the typical parts,so it can further optimize the design and shorten the development cycle typical aerospace parts. |
