With the continuous development of economy,special equipment industry is more and more concerned.As a kind of special equipment,seamless gas cylinder of high pressure container is the basic guarantee equipment for people’s life safety.H High Pressure Vessel co.,Ltd.is a manufacturer specializing in the production of seamless gas cylinders.With the support of special equipment in the 12 th five-year plan(2011-2015),the enterprise has developed rapidly.According to the background of the overall rapid development of boiler and pressure vessel industry in China in the past 10 years,the industry has a large profit space in the future from the perspective of the development trend of the industry,so it has attracted many investors.As the number of seamless gas cylinder manufacturers increases,the limited market space will inevitably lead to intensified competition.Therefore,it is necessary for H High Pressure Vessel co.,Ltd.to formulate competitive strategy.Based on the analysis of relevant theories of competitive strategy and the combination of external environment and internal enterprise resources of H High Pressure Vessel co.,Ltd.This paper firstly finds out some key external factors affecting the enterprise through pest method and porter’s five forces model,and calculates and analyzes the weight of external factors.Then find out the key internal factors of the enterprise through the auxiliary activities and basic activities of the value chain within the enterprise,and calculate and analyze the weight of each internal factor.Then,the overall strategic direction of the enterprise is determined by strategic position and action evaluation,and alternative strategies are analyzed by swot.Finally,the scores of each competitive strategy of the enterprise are calculated by quantitative strategic plan matrix,so as to obtain the most suitable plan for the implementation of the enterprise.Based on this,some constructive suggestions are put forward for the enterprise and suggestions are provided for the improvement of the competitive strategy implemented by the enterprise.It is hoped that the analysis of this paper can contribute to the reference of the enterprise when formulating the competitive strategy.
