| As the typical representative of the traditional industry,the construction industry is closely related to national welfare and the people’s livelihood.At the same time,it is also the pillar industry of the national economy,which has a crucial influence on China’s economic development.The construction industry has been developed rapidly after the implementation of the reform and opening policies since 1980 s.In the middle and late 1990 s,the enterprises of construction industry got into golden period,which means flourishing.The outburst of global economic crisis in 2008 has partly effected China’s economy.However,Chines government invests 4 trillion to stimulate domestic demand,it has a great impact on the development of the construction industry.In recent years,the introduction of real estate control policies has slowed down the overall growth rate of the construction industry and intensified the competition in the whole construction market.As the branch of construction industry,curtain wall is the epitome of development of the whole industry.Under the new economic situation,the thesis is trying to study the typical enterprise of construction industry,and focus on the development of curtain wall,in order to find next step activities of the curtain wall enterprise.This thesis is mainly divided into the following parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the background and significance of the research,the content and method of research and the enterprise situation;The second chapter focuses on the development of enterprise strategic management theory and interprets the mainly theory(SWOT and Porter’s Five Forces Model)of the paper.The third chapter is about to analyze the internal and external environment of JH Group and clarifying its own situation and position.In chapter 4,SWOT matrix is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the enterprise,and base on the conclusion,clarify the strategic objectives and strategic selection of the enterprise is needed.The fifth chapter is going to tell the risks that the enterprise might be encounter,and puts forward the safeguard measure and the next step plan of the enterprise strategy;Chapter 6 presents the shortcomings of this thesis and the problems that need to be further studied. |
