| After 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economy has made a leapfrog development,which is largely due to China’s continuous opening up in international exchanges.In the new era,the improvement of the degree of opening to the outside world has created good external conditions for the development of China’s foreign trade enterprises,but it also brings some risks.Internationally,the resurgence of trade protectionism is having an increasingly obvious negative impact on China’s exports.Domestically,the increase in raw material prices,the reduction in export tax rebates and the appreciation of RMB all pose more formidable challenges to China’s foreign trade.In the face of new development,in order to better promote the economic development of China’s foreign trade,to promote the development of China’s small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises is the top priority.However,in reality,we find that foreign trade business is heavily dependent on the individual ability of sales personnel,and customer resources are often in the hands of sales personnel.Therefore,to establish an effective incentive mechanism for foreign trade sales personnel is a necessary measure to improve human resource management and enhance the core competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises.Then,according to the needs of The Times,the research on the incentive mechanism of sales personnel in China’s foreign trade enterprises is of great significance for improving the competitiveness of China’s foreign trade enterprises and realizing the healthy development of foreign trade enterprises.Through the form of research,field research and face-to-face interviews,this paper analyzed the incentive status of foreign trade sales staff of JJ company,and studied the existing problems of the company’s current incentive plan for sales staff.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of incentive mechanism,occupational characteristics,salary system and other incentive contents,and finds that there are some problems such as incomplete performance appraisal,unsystematic salary management,irregular career management and unreasonable training system.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the optimization schemes of salary incentive,personal development incentive,environment incentive and enterprise culture incentive for foreign trade sales personnel.It has worked out such measures as improving the assessment system,systematizing the salary management,standardizing the career management,rationalizing the training incentive system,enriching the spiritual incentive design,and optimizing the negative incentive.Through the optimization of different angles of work and different dimensions,in order to stimulate employees’ sense of belonging and loyalty to JJ company,the idea of employees leaving the company and attract more excellent talents to join the company,and encourage employees to take the initiative through incentive measures,fully Give full play to its creativity to carry out work,ensure the maximum benefit of both parties,and also provide endless impetus for the long-term development of enterprises.In addition,I hope to provide reference for enterprises in related fields through this research. |
