Energy poverty,which generally includes energy and economy,restricts the economic and social progress of related countries.Especially in developing countries,energy deficiencies are not conducive to the construction of social equity systems and increase environmental pressures.Energy poverty belongs to the global The common problems in society have attracted the attention of the United Nations and the Global Energy Agency,and the developed countries of the United States and the United Kingdom have also paid attention to this.From the perspective of China,as the most influential developing country in the world At present,the population base is relatively large,regional development is seriously unbalanced,and more serious energy poverty has emerged.Alleviating domestic energy poverty is an inevitable way to the road of sustainable development,and it is also a key measure for my country to feed back the United Nations "sustainable development" initiative with the image of a big country.At present,the importance of energy poverty in China needs to be improved.On this basis,this study will conduct research based on domestic energy poverty,sort out and fill in the analysis of domestic energy poverty,and comprehensively discuss domestic energy poverty.On the basis of comprehensively sorting out the literature related to energy poverty and combining the current research conclusions,a comprehensive discussion and summary are carried out to establish the basic system of this study.At the same time,we take the concept of energy poverty in China as the core,clarify the multiplicity of the index system,understand the complex influencing factors,use the optimal transmission matrix analytic hierarchy process to design the weights,and use the linear and nonlinear analysis in a unified way.To build an indicator system.The results show that the current situation of energy poverty in China has been greatly improved,and the overall trend has been improving.From the statistical data point of view,the cleanliness of the energy consumption of our residents basically does not exist relatively large development.Based on the overall level of analysis,Chinese residents still maintain the traditional energy consumption habits.During the period,commodity energy,non-solid commodity energy and clean energy have become more and more widely used in practical applications,and their respective volumes have hardly changed.The pace of energy poverty elimination in different regions of China has not remained consistent,and there are also essential differences in the reasons behind the problem.At present,in some areas of my country,as long as energy poverty occurs,most people will be affected.In actual operation,it is difficult for the people to consume only information resources.The five different regions have different considerations.Among them,the southern coast,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the southwestern regions are just at the end.China's energy poverty does not match the achievements of economic development.Based on the overall level,the regions with better economic constructionresults are less prone to energy poverty.In response to the above conclusions,we must take the initiative to introduce a market mechanism to give full play to the role of price adjustment,to solve the situation of unpayable living energy in some regions,and to create a more scientific pricing plan.Effectively safeguard the heating rights of the people during the heating period.During the pricing plan,the impact of the plan should be fully considered.The principle is that it must not affect the legitimate rights and interests of low-income groups.Formulate a system that can fully coordinate energy poverty issues and carry out special work.The main contradictions of energy poverty in different regions should be dealt with according to local conditions.There is a certain gap in the effect of energy poverty reduction in different regions.Before introducing the guidance system,it is necessary to accurately grasp the original differences between regions and clarify the core issues.Different regions have different standards for energy poverty control tasks.Based on the characteristics of energy poverty between regions,the author believes that the focus of energy poverty control in different regions needs to adhere to the guidance of the principle of seeking truth from facts to make choices.Correctly understand the inconsistency between energy poverty and economic poverty.Only in this way can the value of energy poverty assessment be fully realize.
