Research On Poverty Alleviation Work In Power Industry In Zhaibei Village,Yingde City,Qingyuan

Power poverty alleviation is a series of tilting policies,project support and support measures adopted by relevant state departments to solve the problem of electricity consumption in poor areas and poor household.Promoting poverty alleviation work into poverty alleviation villages is the main working mode of poverty alleviation.This paper first explains the connotation and theoretical framework of poverty alleviation in the power industry.Secondly,focus on the case of the power poverty alleviation of Zhaibei Village in Yingde City,Qingyuan,through an in-depth analysis of the poverty situation in the village,and six major measures,such as the transformation of the village's power grids infrastructure and the construction of photovoltaic power generation projects,and four major achievements,such as the great construction of power grids and the helping to the poor households on “cloth,eat,and live ”,deepen the specific understanding of power poverty alleviation.Thirdly,through the analysis of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,we can get three major problem,including the promotion of power poverty alleviation projects failed to adapt to the poor villages,the quality of the personnel involved in the group did not meet the requirements for power poverty alleviation,Lack of system management in power poverty alleviation;and studys on four main reasons,including some power poverty alleviation policies have not been adapted to local conditions,electricity poverty alleviation policy is affected by the basic conditions of Zhaibei Village,the power poverty alleviation project involves a low level of humanities and the promotion process of electric power poverty alleviation projects is affected by many factors.Finally,it puts forward specific feasible countermeasures and suggestions for Zhaibei Village's power poverty alleviation and development work: under the premise of clarifying the overall thinking of power poverty alleviation work,it proposes to build a sound poverty alleviation work mode for the power industry,and proposes to establish sound assistance mechanism,accountability mechanism and supervision mechanism for the power poverty alleviation and development.
