The reciprocating pump has been used as a tool for pressure conversion and flow transmission for a long time,because of its simple structure,high discharge pressure,high efficiency and so on,it has been widely used in various sectors of the national economy.However,the traditional type of reciprocating pump has intermediate conversion device,energy loss is large,so this paper introduces a three-way valve distribution electromagnetic reciprocating pump,the use of electromagnetic mechanism to convert electrical energy into the plunger`s reciprocating mechanical energy,analyzed the cause of energy loss and the effect of the distribution of the check valve on pump performance factors.Firstly,the working characteristics and application range of reciprocating pumps are introduced,and the source of electromagnetic reciprocating pump in this paper is introduced.The electromagnetic driving technology and the current more advanced linear motor technology to produce linear motion force are described in detail.The current situation of domestic and foreign research on electromagnetic drive pump and flow-control valve is described,and the working content of this topic is pointed out.Secondly,due to the special differential structure of the cross-section of the plunger,the structural characteristics and working principle of the research object are illustrated by the principle of differential movement,and the working characteristics of electromagnetic reciprocating pump are analyzed from the three aspects of driving force,plunger dynamics and flow.Third,the causes of electromagnetic reciprocating pump energy loss are analyzed from the three aspects of driving force conversion loss,hydraulic loss and leakage loss.Among them,the loss of driving force includes loss of copper loss,loss of vortex and hysteresis,hydraulic loss includes loss along the course and local loss,leakage loss is characterized by eccentric ring crevices,fluid pressure differential and shear between crevices,and changes in the dimensions of the plunger along the axial direction.Then,for the moving plunger with the middle check valve to establish a three-dimensional model and conduct a flow field analysis,monitor the pressure and speed at its inlet and outlet,through post-treatment to obtain the energy loss of oil flow through the plunger under different conditions,the results show that the change of the inlet speed on the energy loss of the runner in the plunger,the greater the speed,The greater the energy loss,the greater the energy loss of the valve opening on the energy loss of the fluid flowing through the runner in the plunger,the maximum energy loss turn on when the valve core is in the initial stage,the size of the plunger cavity has a general effect on the energy loss,the closer the diameter of the two cavities,the smaller the energy loss.Finally,the opening and closing characteristics of the check valve under high-speed conditions are introduced,the action force on the valve core and the flow flow of the spherical check valve when the high-speed opening and closing are analyzed,and the flow pulsation and pressure loss of the pump by the three distribution check valves in the pump are studied.The spring pretension force is too large,so that the incoming oil check valve can not open properly,resulting in discontinuous flow and pump body vibration.
