As the main carrier of international logistics transportation,containers have established a complete transportation system due to the standardization of their products,and have developed rapidly in the global logistics transportation industry.However,there are the following problems in the process of container transportation:in the process of container transportation,the collection of container information mostly depends on manual recording or camera collection,which has low efficiency and poor accuracy,which restricts the process of port automation;meanwhile,in container transportation During the process,the container circulation management and tracking monitoring are in isolation and cannot be updated in real time;the high security seal used by the container has a single function,and criminals often use the defects of the high security seal to steal,which has caused huge losses to the container transportation industry.In view of the problems in the container transportation process,this academic dissertation uses RFID,GPS,wireless communication,sensor collection and other technologies combined with the traditional sealing method to design and implement a set of container intelligent sealing system.It can realize the storage of container information,the collection and monitoring and early warning of the status information during container transportation,and at the same time,it can carry out data transmission with the cloud platform and return the position information of the container in real time,so as to warn of the safety accidents during the transportation.main tasks as follows:(1)Completed the overall frame design of the container intelligent seal system,analyzed the problems in the transportation process and the functional requirements that need to be met,and determined the wireless data transmission mode combining RFID and GPRS,as well as the Hall sensor and GPS Based on the information collection program.Using the idea of modular design,two subsystems of smart seal and smart seal reader were developed respectively,and the functions of each subsystem and the communication protocol between each module were completed.(2)Designed the intelligent lead seal subsystem,which uses RFID to store container information,Hall effect and GPS realize the collection of container information,then A/D conversion of the collected data,and finally transmitted to thecloud through the wireless communication network platform.This system completes the design of the hardware circuits and working procedures of each module of the intelligent lead seal,which can realize the real-time collection and transmission of the status and position information of the container door.(3)The reader subsystem is designed,which mainly includes three parts: the determination of the reader's working mode,the communication protocol between the reader and the smart seal,the design of the circuit and the operation interface,which realizes the intelligence Sealing,inspection and unsealing of lead seals.(4)The integrated packaging and functional testing of the smart seal system have been completed.Through the analysis of the test results,the smart seal system has realized the preset functional requirements,and the data can be stably transmitted between the reader and the smart seal.The smart lead The seal can accurately detect the switch state of the container door and locate the container position.The system has the advantages of small size,simple use,low power consumption and good stability,and has good application value in the process of automated port construction.
