Study On Protection And Development Of Linpan At Western Sichuan Under The Science Of Human Settlements

The unique Linpan has been impacted and influenced on rapid urbanizationaccompanied by balanced urban-rural development of Chengdu, Linpan’s protection anddevelopment are become more difficult. How to check the constructive destruction toLinpan settlement, establish a mechanism of protection and development of Linpan toadapt to modern production and lifestyle, is the major issue about Chengdu Urban andRural Comprehensive Reform Pilot Area, and also is a exploration about protection anddevelopment on rural settlements of Chinese characteristics of the Human Settlements.This paper starts from Science of Human Settlements, supported with HumanSettlements Theory which proposed by professor Wu Liangyong, summarizes status andcharacteristics of Linpan at Western Sichuan, and puts forward system protection andsustainable development strategies under the guidance of Science on HumanSettlements, in order to enrich and improve the protection and development of Linpansettlements.Based on the whole current situation of Linpan at Western Sichuan, the paperfirstly analyzes spatial characteristics and rules about Linpan by the whole view, andexplores the mechanism of interaction for Linpan settlement at different spatial levels,and summarizes influence factors of Linpan’s spatial evolution, to grasp the overalltrend and motivation of Linpan’s spatial evolution at macroscopic view. Meanwhile, thepaper summarizes main types, morphological characteristics and morphologicalevolution of mechanisms of Linpan settlements.Secondly, through the field research and systems analysis of Chengdu’s Linpansettlement, this paper analyses the shortage of Linpan’s protection and development,excavats the various problems faced by the five systems of Human Settlements, andputs forward planning strategies of System Protection and sustainable development inthe field of protection level, system evolution and integration, natural ecology, spatialform, residential courtyard, facilities, industry development, policy innovation and soon.Thirdly, choosing Linpan of DongJia as an example, on Anlong town inDujiangyan city, the system protection and sustainable development policy is applied to a case study. The thesis puts forward planning countermeasures of protection anddevelopment of Linpan settlement and forms a protective construction planning guide ofLinpan settlements, through the protection and optimization of original ecologicalstructure, keeping of overall traditional space form, continuation of the original texture,carrying on garden art and culture and promoting of industrial transformation andupgrading.The paper explores protection and development strategies of Linpan for systemprotection and sustainable development, in order to make up for shortage whichlimited in ecology, culture and landscape of study on Linpan, provides a referencepattern of research and practice about Linpan’s protection and development.
