Recycling technology of asphalt pavement has significant economic and environmental benefits.The economic and environmental benefits of different recycling technologies was evaluated.Comprehensive benefit analysis of asphalt pavement recycling in Jiangsu Province was carried out.At present,there is no systematic quantitative analysis method to study the benefits of recycling technology in Jiangsu Province.Therefore,the cost,energy consumption and carbon emissions,and evaluates the applicability of different regeneration technologies was studied.The cost of different recycling technologies is calculated from three aspects: raw material cost,machinery cost and labor management cost according to the budget quota of highway engineering.The economic costs of different recycled asphalt mixtures are compared with those of ordinary asphalt mixtures,and the cost savings are calculated.Then the cost savings of several different recycling technologies are compared and analyzed.Energy consumption and carbon emission of different recycling technologies are analyzed in four stages including old road treatment,new material production,mixture production combining with "Emission Factor Method".And asphalt pavement construction is compared with ordinary asphalt mixture in terms of energy consumption and carbon emission.Energy saving rate and emission reduction rate are calculated,and energy saving rate and reduction rate of several different regeneration technologies are also calculated.The displacement rate was compared and analyzed.The pavement conditions applicable to different regeneration technologies are discussed through literature review and engineering case study,and different regeneration technologies are qualitatively evaluated from a technical point of view.Combined with analytic hierarchy process,four factors,namely,horizon,cost saving rate,energy saving rate and emission reduction rate,are selected as evaluation indexes.The index weight is obtained,and the comprehensive benefit analysis platform of asphalt pavement recycling in Jiangsu Province is established in Excel according to the expert opinions.Combining with the previous theoretical analysis,the basic situation of recycled asphalt pavement at home and abroad was analyzed.According to the relevant policies of domestic recycling and the obstacles in the application and popularization of asphalt pavement recycling technology,the countermeasures and measures to solve the obstacles in the popularization of asphalt pavement recycling technology in Jiangsu Province are put forward.The comprehensive benefit analysis of asphalt pavement recycling technology was carried out by using quantifiable indicators,which provides data support for the popularization and application of recycling technology in Jiangsu Province,so as to make more contributions to the environment-friendly society.It also provides suggestions on the promotion policy of recycling technology to promote the development of regeneration technology in Jiangsu Province.
