Design And Application Of Integrated Supervisory Control System For Ningbo Rail Transit

Integrated supervisory control system is mainly set up to realize the realtime monitoring and control of mechanical and electrical equipment in rail transit and to realize the coordination,interworking and linkage among the subsystems.It integrates or interconnects pscada,bas,fas,pa,pis,cctv,psd,fg,signals,afc and other systems into one system.The application of integrated supervisory control system can enhance the unity and flexibility of command and dispatch and the ability of coordinated operation between systems,so as to improve the level of management automation.Based on the construction and operation experience of Ningbo Rail Transit ISCS,this paper makes a detailed study and analysis of the design and application of the Rail Transit ISCS relying on the actual project.First of all,the background and significance of the integrated supervisory control system for urban rail transit are expounded in this paper.Secondly,the related knowledge and technology of integrated supervisory control system are introduced.Then,according to the functional requirements of Ningbo Rail Transit ISCS,the hardware and software structure of the system is designed.On the basis of the hardware and software structure design,the backbone network,user rights,linkage function,subsystem function and network security are emphatically designed and implemented.Finally,the user management,linkage function,subsystem function realization and network security function of the system are demonstrated.The reliability and availability of the system are verified.The problems encountered in the construction of Ningbo Rail Transit ISCS are introduced,and the future development direction of the integrated supervisory control system is predictedTaking the construction of Ningbo Rail Transit ISCS as the research background,this paper studies and designs the system structure,function and specific application,so as to improve the security and intelligence of Ningbo Rail Transit operation and management.As a product of the development of science and technology,the technology of integrated supervisory control system is also developing and progressing.Based on the actual project of Ningbo Rail Transit,this paper provides a reference for the construction and application of integrated supervisory control system of rail transit in other cities.
