Study On The Aging Update Design Of The Residential Space In Guanzhong Common Village

As the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world,China’s population aging problem is becoming increasingly prominent,especially in rural areas.In recent years,the process of urbanization has been continuously advancing.A large number of young and middle-aged people in rural areas have flooded into cities.Most of the permanent residents in rural areas are elderly people and left-behind children,and the number of empty nest families has increased,which has led to the gradual deepening of the aging of rural population and the increasing difficulty of raising.Compared with the large number of urban community-based pension,there is a clear gap in the research of rural pension.At the same time,with the upsurge of new rural construction,a large number of rural residential disorderly construction,rural residents neglect the regionality and practical application,blind comparison is prevalent,the characteristics of the current rural residential and elderly living characteristics do not match,which brings great inconvenience to the rural life of the elderly,so it is imperative to study the aging renewal design of rural residential space.Based on the background of the aging of the rural population in Guanzhong,this paper investigates the ordinary villages in Guanzhong,takes the ordinary villages in Guanzhong as the research location,takes the residential space and the elderly as the research object,combs the development context of rural housing in Guanzhong,takes the methods of documentation,actual investigation,qualitative and quantitative analysis as the research methods,and takes observation,photography,interview,questionnaire and mapping as auxiliary hands.Section,grasp the status quo of this research field in real time,summarize and analyze the current situation and problems of the elderly residential use in Guanzhong rural areas,and put forward the renewal design method of the aged rural residential based on the theory of the aged renewal of rural residential.The specific contents of this paper are as follows: to analyze the development process of rural housing in Guanzhong,summarize the characteristics of the layout of rural housing in three periods;to conduct in-depth analysis and Research on the current situation of rural population aging in Guanzhong,the family structure,living characteristics,behavioral characteristics and living needs of rural elderly through field investigation;from the construction mode,land use scale,building scale,and residential needs;This paper summarizes the current situation of rural residential buildings in Guanzhong from the aspects of residential space type and function composition,investigates the behavior distribution characteristics and existing problems of the elderly in different residential modes,and analyses the relationship between the elderly’s living behavior and the combination of residential space.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of the use of the elderly in ordinary village dwellings in Guanzhong,considering the regional characteristics of the rural dwellings in Guanzhong area,the bottleneck of the suitable aging and renovation of the residential space and the living characteristics of the elderly in Guanzhong rural areas,six kinds of residential modes for the elderly are summarized.According to the specific characteristics of each mode,the renovation of the existing dwellings and the exploration of the future new dwellings are separately discussed In order to provide a reference for further improving the living environment of the elderly in Guanzhong countryside,this paper puts forward the renovation methods and combination modes suitable for the rural residential space in Guanzhong,and hopes to provide a reference for the aging renovation of rural residential buildings in similar areas.
