Research On The Current Situation And Causes Of Space Utilization Of Ordinary Rural Residential Buildings In Guanzhong

Since the reform and opening-up,in China,the process of urbanization has been accelerating.The construction of urbanization has made remarkable achievements.However,in the process of urbanization,the development of rural areas is facing many challenges: the dual structure of urban and rural areas has not been fundamentally broken down,the construction of rural system is incomplete,and the rational allocation mechanism of social elements between urban and rural areas has not been fully established.The lag of agricultural development,the low overall level of rural productivity;the lag of grass-roots democratic political construction makes farmers' rights and interests not guaranteed;the gap between urban and rural areas continues to widen;and the quality of rural ecological environment is deteriorating day by day.In this context,the problems of living,living,supporting the aged and working in rural areas are becoming increasingly prominent,and many social contradictions are brought about at the same time: the decrease of cultivated land area caused by the increase of construction area;the lack of job opportunities makes the loss of the main rural labor force at this stage lead to the hollowing of housing;the widening gap between urban and rural areas and the unbalanced distribution of infrastructure.The inconvenience of all kinds of life and the lack of old-age care in rural areas,and the thinning of traditional rural social relations,etc.The solution of these social crux is an important and arduous historical task in the process of building a new socialist countryside in our country.At present,the research on rural issues is flourishing.The core of the research is mainly concentrated on sociology,economics,geography and other aspects.In the field of architecture,planning,design,construction,technology,landscape and other aspects are also deeply studied and discussed.However,the use of residential space in rural residences,especially in regional areas,especially in Guanzhong area,is still rare.It is of great significance to study the current situation of the use of ordinary rural residential buildings in Guanzhong and explore the influencing factors of the use of ordinary rural residential buildings in Guanzhong for the development research and planning and design of rural areas in Guanzhong.Starting from the current situation of economic and social development of ordinary villages in Guanzhong,the second chapter summarizes and analyses the type characteristics and housing classification of ordinary villages in Guanzhong.On this basis,taking Qianxian County of Xianyang City as an example,this paper conducts field investigation and questionnaire survey on five towns and 27 villages in Qianxian County,and summarizes the space usage of different types of rural residential buildings,the production,living and family conditions of the users and the problems existing in the use of residential buildings.The third chapter quantifies the use of residential space,calculates the use rate of residential space in various types of rural areas,and the plight of human settlements in this situation.Then in the fourth chapter,the relationship between the use rate of residential space and various elements of villages is analyzed,and from the perspective of society,culture,production,concept,family structure and economy,the causes of the present situation of the use of residential space in ordinary villages in Guanzhong are summarized.Finally,on this basis,the fifth chapter puts forward the optimization and improvement strategies of the ordinary villages in Guanzhong from the village as a whole to the residential unit space optimization,the use of empty residence foundation,public service facilities supporting,village industrial planning and so on.
