Study On The Public Rental House Design Of Industrialized Housing

Qingdao is a advanced area of public rental housing construction,there is a vast number of public rental house built during "12th Five-Year",and this trend will last in "13th Five-Year".Also,the demand of the modernization of the construction industry makes the combination of housing industrialization and public rental housing construction is of practical significance.This thesis is based on these two areas of integration,discusses the Qingdao area industrialization of public rental housing module design,and then create system solutions.Research contents are as follows:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this study,explained the concept and scope definition of the study.Then introduces the developed countries/regions of the industrialization of public rental housing construction,summarizes the experience,finds the reference,and then an overview of academic works,related competitions,and forums hosted in the field of public rental housing.Finally introduces the research methods,research content and research framework.The second chapter is the investigation and research of the current situation and demand of the local public rental housing.First,introduces public rental housing construction in Qingdao briefly,then analyzes the differences between the design of public rental housing and ordinary housing design.Next,design,research and write about the investigation process and results,and finally the data collection and analysis in many aspects,draw conclusions,summed up the use demand,as a theoretical basis for further research.The third chapter summarizes the development course and the design of the housing industry.Introduces the development history and current situation of the housing industry,and the similarities and differences between industrialization construction mode and traditional mode after a detailed analysis of the design features of the housing industry,the paper puts forward the industrialized residential architectural design content.The fourth chapter is the analysis of public rental housing design of residential industrialization,integrates the design methods of industrialized housing and public rental housing,summarizes the design principle.Then analyzed the design strategies of building,typical floor,house module,dwelling space,kitchen/toilet module one by one,put forward the industrialization of residential public rental housing design ideas and design strategies based on the general.The fifth chapter verifies the standardized design strategy in the fourth chapter through a simulation design,try to proposes a set of complete experimental module solution.At the end of this paper is the summary,summarized the research results and the main innovation points of this paper,and puts forward the prospects and problems.
