The Characteristic Town Planning And Design Research In The View Of Industry Convergence

How to build characteristic towns and how to achieve integration in the construction of characteristic towns are the important concerns of the construction of Characteristic Towns at present.Therefore,it is necessary to study the characteristic towns under the industrial integration in China.The research on the planning and design of characteristic towns from the perspective of industrial integration has important reference value and application prospects for the construction of characteristic towns.Under the background of this research,this paper defines the concept of characteristic towns firstly,and analyses the characteristics of characteristic towns in different types of industries,puts forward the impact of industrial integration on the development of characteristic towns,and analyses the problems existing in the construction of characteristic towns.Secondly,from the perspective of industrial convergence,based on the application of "pastoral city theory,industrial convergence theory and small town planning theory",through the case study of Grasser Town in France,Silicon Valley characteristic town cluster in the United States,Yishang characteristic town in Yuhang,Zhejiang,Anren characteristic town in Chengdu overseas Chinese city,and other characteristic towns at home and abroad,the paper summarizes their experiences of location selections,industrial productions and convergences and then puts forward four necessary conditions for the town from planning construction to successful operation:?Finally,six successful factors of planning and construction of characteristic towns from the perspective of industrial integration are summarized and applied to the practical study of planning and design of Shimenguan Characteristic Town in Cangshan,Dali.Combining with the current situation and conditions of Shimenguan Characteristic town in Cangshan,Dali,this paper puts forward scientific and reasonable planning and development niche,guiding ideology and local resource endowment and industrial foundation.From the perspective of industrial integration,the paper puts forward the construction of the leading industry and industry of the town: on the one hand,rely on the local resource and cultural characteristics to develop tourism industry,on the other hand,rely on the walnut industry foundation to build agricultural industry.On this basis,it puts forward the integration of modern logistics industry,cultural industry and sports health industry as well as the derivative industry.At the same time,on the basis of promoting industrial development,we plan the spatial layout and functional layout of marble gated towns.Finally,the author summarizes and prospects the research results.
