Research On The Planning Strategy Of Characteristic Towns Based On The Development Of General Aviation Industry

Under the background of opening up trials in low-altitude airspace,deepening urban-rural integration,and increasing industrial specialization,the navigation industry has become a new urban economic growth point.The “13th Five-Year Plan” clearly states that it is necessary to vigorously develop the navigation industry.On the other hand,China's current small towns face serious problems such as serious homogenization and slow economic growth.As a platform for the development of emerging industries,the characteristic towns occupy a small scale and have great development prospects,which have a significant effect on driving urban economic development,industrial transformation,and ecological environment restoration.In this context,China has produced many characteristic towns that rely on the development of the general airport and navigation industry.Therefore,this paper takes Shangzhen as the research object,and studies how Shanghe should be built into a characteristic town with characteristic industry to promote economic development,reasonable spatial layout,unique landscape and beautiful environment.At the same time,the thesis helps to enrich the relevant theories of the planning of the navigation town,and has certain practical significance for the planning and construction of the towns and towns.This paper first sorts out the relevant theories and practical activities of the development of navigation industry and the planning of characteristic towns,as the theoretical basis of this paper.Then it discusses the status quo of urban construction and industrial development in the commercial town of Danfeng County.The current status of urban construction includes the general situation of the environment,the status quo of population and economic society,the status quo of spatial layout,etc.The status quo of industrial development includes the overall situation of the industry and the status quo of traditional industries.And the status quo of the navigation industry;and thus the analysis of the current characteristics and problems of the development of the city.Then it analyzes the suitability of commercial towns to build a small town.According to the analysis of the external and internal factors affecting the development of the navigation industry,the industrial system and functional orientation of the characteristic towns are constructed,and then the resources of Shangzhen are analyzed.The suitability of the environment for the development of the navigation industry and the construction of characteristic towns.Finally,based on the theoretical basis,the status quo characteristics and problems,the navigation industry system and the urban resource and environmental conditions,the objectives,path and planning strategy of the commercial town construction of the town are proposed.The planning strategy includes the planning strategy of the industrial land scale and industrial layout,and the spatial layout.Planning strategies and characteristic landscape cultivation strategies.
