| In the new economic era of networking,informatization and globalization,cultural and creative industry,as a "sunrise industry" in the 21 st century,leads the latest knowledge,technology,and creative means,is an important factor to measure the core competitiveness of a country or a region,and has become the pillar industry of many countries and cities.Xi'an is a famous ancient capital of 13 dynasties with a long history,rich resources,numerous universities and a large number of talents.The rapid development of cultural and creative industries is stimulated by the economic development,the general improvement of the consumption level of urban and rural residents,and the increasingly strong pursuit of spiritual and cultural level.However,due to reasons such as late development,unclear understanding,the cultural and creative industry in Xi'an is not yet mature,and there are some problems such as unbalanced urban development,slow agglomeration,and weak enterprise radiation effect.These problems do not appear suddenly but accumulate over time in the process of agglomeration and diffusion of industry in urban space.Therefore,the study of the development of Xi'an's cultural and creative industry from the perspective of spatial evolution can solve a series of problems in the process of spatial development,guide the industry to develop well and quickly.From the perspective of urban planning,this paper absorbs successful cases of cultural and creative industry development in major cities around the world,on the basis of learning from relevant studies on the development and spatial distribution of cultural and creative industry at home and abroad.Taking cultural and creative enterprises as the basic unit,the area within 20 kilometers from the central city as the research scope.According to "the Xi'an enterprise yellow pages","Xi'an cultural industry unit list",electronic map and actual research,etc.,obtain the spatial distribution changes of cultural and creative enterprises' POI in Xi'an from 2000 to 2018.then analyze their spatial evolution paths through the kernel density,and study the process of cultural and creative industries' spatial evolution in the city by region and stage.Through the analysis of the overall distribution of cultural and creative enterprises POI in Xi'an,it can be seen that the cultural and creative industry presents a spatial pattern of "one core,two axes and four zones".This paper summarizes the spatial distribution characteristics of one core area,four districts and nine industrial types,obtains six regional selections and five spatial distribution problems of cultural and creative industries in Xi'an;Then starting from the overall scope of the city and the five major areas,exploring the spatial evolution process of cultural and creative industries from 2000 to 2018 respectively.It can be concluded that the cultural and creative industries in Xi'an has an uneven spatial distribution and strong and weak agglomeration in various regions,but their spatial evolution paths are relatively consistent,which has gone through or will go through four stages: embryonic stage,transitional stage,growth stage,and mature stage;There are three restricting factors in the evolution process: insufficient land intensive utilization,agglomeration mechanism and carrier construction.According to the influencing factors of dynamic mechanism is derived,mainly from two directions: the endogenous mechanism including enterprise derived mechanism,industrial coordination mechanism,the external mechanism from the resources and environment,planning guidance,policy support,market demand and talent introduction,etc.,and their interaction,jointly promote the evolution of the cultural creative industries in the city space;Finally,based on the possible change trend of various leading influencing factors in the future,this paper puts forward corresponding spatial guidance scheme,functional optimization strategy and planning countermeasures of each stage,hoping to provide reference for future development. |
