Research On The Design And Application Of Nursing Home Based On The Combination Of Medical And Nursing Mode

According to the national research report on population aging strategy,as of the end of2018,the number of elderly people aged 60 and over in China reached 244.9 million,accounting for 17.9% of the total population.It is expected to reach 34.1% by 2050;it is currently aging internationally.The form is also not optimistic.In the United States,the elderly population aged 65 and over reached 12.5%,and Canada reached 13.6%.Japan is directly entering the ultra-aging society.China's population aging is gradually becoming the world's super fast.From the perspective of the size of our family,according to the China Family Development Report released by the National Health and Family Planning Commission 2015,the size of the family has gradually changed from large to small,and the average size of each household has decreased from 5.3 in 1960 to 3.02.As a result,the functions of home-based care for the elderly are weakened.The traditional family pension model is gradually unable to meet the old-age needs of the elderly.The increase in the number of elderly people makes the proportion of medical resources and the elderly population in a state of being in short supply.Therefore,a new type of medical care combined with the emergence of the old-age model is needed.The main research object of this paper is the institutional pension of 3% of China's "9073" pension model.The "9073" model refers to 90% of people who choose to stay at home,7% choose community pension,and 3% choose Institutional pension.The research method is to collect a large amount of literature and research on the old-age institutions in the field,starting from the physiological,psychological and behavioral analysis of the elderly,and starting from the needs of the elderly to design the nursing home under the mode of medical integration,and mainly for its internal space.The layout of the layout and the composition of the overall space propose relevant design proposals and recommendations.The significance of this paper is that,in this new social situation with a single form of pension and a shortage of medical resources,the basic medical resources and professional medical care will be rationally introduced by introducing the model of “ healing andfostering ” into our form of old-age care.Resources and social pension resources are combined to study and create an innovative,comfortable and perfect nursing home under the “medical and health” model.To make pension and medical care play a role in solving the problem of aging society,to provide a more livable environment for the elderly,to achieve a healthy aging,to actively cope with the new ageing of the society,and to provide medical care for the country at its infancy.A contribution to the design of the aged care institution in the collection model.
