| As much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning implementation,obtained the rapid development of national economy,especially the projects such as real estate,infrastructure,logistics has become a new economic growth point,at the same time,and so did the springtime for the heavy industry,rapid development,all the way sales by the years before seven hundred thousand,to the present one million four hundred thousand units,the entire market doubled its size.To form a complete set of upstream and downstream enterprises great opportunities for development,various manufacturers increased the investment expansion,increase production capacity,the industry present a thriving scene.As room limit,and the influence of the outbreak,however,had a great influence on real estate,logistics,etc,the early stage of the savage growth,problems are also highlighted: low efficiency,high cost and waste,anti-risk ability is small.In this two or three years,a lot of small and medium enterprises difficult to survive.As A special special automobile works,A company in the development of these years although there is no blind expansion,but in the increase production capacity,increase the size of the company at the same time also has A lot of management problems.Site management confusion,the capacity is not stable,equipment operation problems and so on,therefore,need to introduce new management mode,reshape enterprise production management.Based on the theoretical basis of lean production management,this paper takes the production workshop of Company A as the research object,and through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and case study methods,conducts in-depth field research and communication with the heads of various departments to find the production workshop.The existing problems are mainly reflected in the inadequate implementation of production site management,imperfect equipment management system,and imperfect procurement process.Through the analysis of relevant tools of lean production management,targeted implementation of on-site 5S management,full production maintenance TPM mode,just-in-time production JIT mode and other management methods,put forward the dimensions of A company’s production workshop equipment,site,and material procurement.With the improvement strategy,under the special promotion of the lean production management improvement team,the evaluation of the improvement effect of each dimension has been completed,and certain results have been achieved.Through the research of this article,the production management of company A has improved to a certain extent,but this is only the beginning of the company’s transformation of lean production management.In the later stage,it is necessary to continuously adjust the lean production management plan according to the company’s situation and the development of management theory.,to implement more effective methods and strategies. |
