| In the fierce market competition,the number of wind turbine manufacturers in China has decreased from more than 80 at the peak to about 20,and the market share tends to be concentrated,and the vivosphere of wind turbine manufacturers has been gradually reduced.Faced with such environment,the wind turbine manufacturers should vigorously expand the business scope,by deeply participating in the development and construction of wind power projects,provide overall solutions for the whole life of wind power projects to improve the competitiveness of wind turbine manufacturers in the wind power industry.At present,there are few studies on wind power EPC general contracting of wind turbine manufacturers,which lack targeted guidance for wind power EPC transformation of wind turbine manufacturers.The purpose of this thesis is to determine the Critical success factors(CSFs)of wind turbine manufacturers transform Wind Power EPC general contractor,and study the influence degree of wind turbine manufacturers transformation.Firstly,27 success factors of Wind Turbine Manufacturer Transforming into Wind Power EPC General Contractor were screened through literature analysis and research on dynamic capability theory and strategic management theory.Secondly,26 success factors of transformation were corrected and determined through discussion at the symposium and expert interview.On this basis,questionnaires were designed to be distributed to employees in the wind power industry and collected.Finally,SPSS Statistics 23.0 was applied to analyze the reliability and validity of 26 success factors,and the initial screening of success factors was completed.The weight analysis was carried out by Entropy method,and the importance ranking of CSFs was completed.The research results identified 9 CSFs of wind turbine manufacturers transforming into wind power EPC general contractor: the allocation of resources integration ability,Reasonable pricing mechanism,Favorable legal framework,the reasonable rewards and punishment and compensation mechanism,communication and coordination,decisionmaking ability,Enterprise marketing capability,the relevant project development and management experience,to provide value-added products and services.Through analyzed the above CSFs in detail,countermeasures and Suggestions are provided for the transformation of wind turbine manufacturers,hoping to play a positive role in promoting the healthy development of the wind power industry. |
