With the development of building energy-saving technology,Ultra low energy building(ULEB)providing comfortable indoor environment with less energy consumption gradually become the main development trend.China’s climate zones are very different,and the application of ULEB technologies in different climate zones is very different.The teaching buildings can be used as an experimental platform for ULEB technologies,providing feasible suggestions and references for the public construction.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the technology system of ULEB in Universities located in different climatic regions,and plays an exemplary role in other public buildings.Aiming at the above objectives,by investigating excellent performance cases of ULEB and analyzing the main factors affecting the energy-saving effect of university buildings,this paper selects technologies of ULEB suitable for university teaching buildings,including high-performance envelope,natural ventilation,shading,exhaust air heat recovery,lighting control system and ground source heat pump.Based on a practical project,the standard building models of cold region,hot summer and cold winter region and hot summer and warm winter region are established by using the DesignBuilder software according to the existing energy saving standards.Finally,this paper optimize the standard model based on the energy consumption simulation tool,that is to further optimize the indicators of various technologies to achieve the goal of ultra-low energy consumption under the premise of ensuring building comfort.The Energy-saving Contribution Rate is taken as an evaluation index to quantitatively analyze the contribution effect of various technologies.Normalize the ECR of ULEB technologies in each climate region and then rank the energy-saving contribution ratios of normalized Energy-saving Contribution Rates to determine the ULEB technologies route;The optimized ULEB technologies are integrated into the standard models,and the energy consumption indicators of different climate regions are determined through building energy consumption simulation in DesignBuilder;The thermal performance parameters values corresponding to the maximum ECRs are used as recommended parameters.The optimal ULEB technologies route,energy consumption index and recommended envelope parameters of the design parameters of the enclosure structure constitute the ULEB technologies system of the college teaching buildings in different climate regions.Compared with the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings(GB50189-2015),the standard models optimized with ultra-low-energy technologies can achieve the total energy-saving contribution rates to the total energy consumption of 82.8% in the severe cold region,71.7% in the cold region,45.19% in hot summer and cold winter,39.9% in hot summer and warm winter respectively.
