Y Group manufactured plate is founded in 2009,and this plate has begun to take shape,but there is still big gap between development speed and vision,and a series of problems happened during operations,the development of manufactured plate face a great challenge,and brought up systemtic risks of group operation of Y Group.This thesis states the concept of prefabricated architecture and sustainable construction,and summarizes the current situation and existing problems in our country and abroad.The external and internal environment and problems of the manufactured plate strategy has been sorted,and anaylized the signaficance.The thesis makes use of literature research,field interviews,case studies,research methods and other methods to collect information,combe and demonstrate.First of all,This thesis analyzes and study the macroscopic,industry environment(five forces),the value chain and the business model of the competitive strategy of the plate.The analysis shows that the current social environment is good and full of opportunities and market potential,but there is a certain risk.The business has a strong industry attractiveness,profitability is pretty good,the vertical value chain has many links can be optimized,and the source of its competitive advantage lies in integrating and mobilizing multi-resources during the development process.But the current business model matching is not high,the market competitiveness is normal,cannot be set by target to promote enterprise development.Secondly,through the SWOT analysis,combined with the development goals and positioning,it is concluded that the advantages of the manufactured construction are high starting point of technology and strong ability of resource integration.The disadvantage is that there are some contradictions in the early construction technology and the national standard,business model is normal and the cost advantage is not obvious;the opportunity is the state support,the release of policy dividends,usher in the construction industry outlet;the threat is the industry chain is not perfect,the standard is not perfect,as well as the uncertainty of steel prices and national fluctuationsFinally,through the combination of analysis and research concluded that Y plate should choose leading cost competitive strategy,and to maintain positioning in more than 100 meters high-level high-rise assembly-type construction area,to effectively prevent the impact of five competitive,Of the market competition in a relatively favorable position,so as to protect the sustainable development of the plate can be built,meanwhile,innovative business model,optimize the organizational structure and other five measures can be used to protect the leading cost strategy can be effectively implemented.
