enterprises of industrial explosives and other construction enterprises also through forward integrati on into the blasting market.Therefore,the blasting construction companies in addition t o face rese arch object,combined with the related theory of competitive strategy,using PEST analy sis tools,potter five model and value chain analysis method,comprehensive analysis of H company facing the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment,through the SWOT analysis it is concluded that H company should make full use of their own advantages and external opportunity,effectively avoid and reduce market risk,focus on optimizing adjustment of organization and management structure,implement ation of personnel training and the introduction of high quality,strengthen the enterpris e market marketing ability,safety management and internal control,optimize enterprise value chain,reduce operating costs.We will increase major technology reserves and tech nological innovation capabilities,continue to create value for our customers,strengthen and expand our business scale,and enhance our core competitiveness.This paper through the analysis of the feasibility of H company competitive strate gy,we work out the cost for H company ahead of the fusion of differentiation competitiv e strategy,we also put forward the H company "to build
