coal,steel,building materials,water conservancy and transporta tion infrastructure construction,also presents a new development trend.At the same tim e,under the guidance and support of relevant national policy,industrial explosive blasti ng goes into a new adjustment opportunity,on the industrial chain of industrial explosiv e blasting enterprise,the production enterprises and the sales enterprises of industrial explosives and other construction enterprises also through forward integrati on into the blasting market.Therefore,the blasting construction companies in addition t o face enormous public safety risk,they also need to face the fierce market competition.In order to stand in the fierce market competition,blasting enterprises must improve the ir competitiveness,formulate competitive strategies suitable for their own development to cope with the internal and external environment,and adapt to the high quality develo pment requirements of civil explosion industry.H industry,a single ma rket development goal,the main mining business contract price are cut continuously,the internal organization configuration is not reasonable,accounts receivable collection diff iculties and grim situation of safety production problems,seriously restricted the sustain able development of H company.Blasting construction work in this paper to commercial unit H company as the rese arch object,combined with the related theory of competitive strategy,using PEST analy sis tools,potter five model and value chain analysis method,comprehensive analysis of H company facing the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment,through the SWOT analysis it is concluded that H company should make full use of their own advantages and external opportunity,effectively avoid and reduce market risk,focus on optimizing adjustment of organization and management structure,implement ation of personnel training and the introduction of high quality,strengthen the enterpris e market marketing ability,safety management and internal control,optimize enterprise value chain,reduce operating costs.We will increase major technology reserves and tech nological innovation capabilities,continue to create value for our customers,strengthen and expand our business scale,and enhance our core competitiveness.This paper through the analysis of the feasibility of H company competitive strate gy,we work out the cost for H company ahead of the fusion of differentiation competitiv e strategy,we also put forward the H company "to build internationally competitive hig h-tech blasting integration services" of the enterprise development vision.In the late of t he 14 th five-year plan period,H company business income will be doubled again and t he competitive strategy will be got to the international market development goals.According to company H’s integrated competitive strategy of cost leading over diff erentiation,we put forward the implementation principles of safe development,cost lea ding,differentiation supporting and high-quality development.At the same time,we wo rked out that H company can strengthen the
