With the continuous development of China's social economy,the demand of power industry is also rising.As a necessary product of people's living infrastructure construction,the power industry is also the cornerstone of the continuous improvement of social information development level,which plays a key role in the development of national production and life.As an important national energy industry,since the electric power reform in 2002,all electric power construction enterprises have gradually stripped away from the state monopoly under the role of market economy,and faced severe challenges in the face of development opportunities.Therefore,a construction enterprise can only occupy a certain position in the market development if it strengthens its core competitiveness.For every enterprise manager,the cost management of the enterprise is always the core content of its management,and every stage of the project cannot be separated from the cost management,which is related to the economic benefits and profits of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper takes x power y construction project as an example On the basis of OCM theory,the cost management of the project is studied.In this paper,the research background and significance are introduced,and the research results of cost management at home and abroad are systematically combed and summarized,and the research content and research methods are described.Then it defines the related concepts of this paper,including the connotation,content,object and influencing factors of project cost management,and analyzes the theory of target cost management from three aspects of connotation,process,evaluation and composition,which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.Based on this,this paper analyzes the cost control status of x power y construction project,analyzes the composition of cost factors from four aspects of materials,machinery,labor and other costs,and determines the cost of x power y construction project.On this basis,from five aspects of cost control,material management,organization system,labor cost of subcontracting project and cost responsibility implementation,this paper explores the current situation and existing problems of cost management of the project,and evaluates the cost management of the project through empirical calculation and analysis.Combined with the above analysis,the problems are attributed to three aspects: weakawareness of personnel cost,imperfect relevant systems and imperfect cost management system.Through the research,it is found that in the process of power construction,the cost control is more complex,to a large extent,it can not be controlled within the budget,so it is necessary to take corresponding measures in terms of personnel,system and management methods.Therefore,this paper puts forward three optimization strategies from three aspects of optimizing personnel management,management system and management methods Finally,it summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the research prospect of this paper,in order to provide some reference for the management and control of the specific project cost of electric power construction enterprises.
