Research On Evaluation Of Operational Efficiency Of China Railway Express

As a new type of trade channel development project in the process of the "Belt and Road" initiative,China-Eu trains have made China's international trade more diversified through the construction of international railway channels,the convenience and frequency of economic and trade cooperation between Asia and Europe have been enhanced.In recent years,the size and radiation range of China-Eu trains are increasing,and their advantages are becoming more and more obvious.At the same time,they face unprecedented challenges.For example,the unreasonable layout of trains,repeated lines,high operating costs and fierce competition in urban goods supply have greatly affected the healthy and sustainable development of trains in Central Europe.In this situation,it is urgent to make a comprehensive,scientific and effective evaluation of the operational efficiency of China-Eu trains,to explore the key issues in the operation of China-Eu trains and to analyze the factors affecting the operational efficiency of China-Eu trains.Based on the development background and status quo of China-Europe train,this paper studies the following aspects:(1)this paper systematically analyzes the operation and development status of China-Europe train.On the basis of a careful study of the background knowledge,development status quo and construction achievements of China-Europe train operation,we have gained a certain understanding of the theory and the actual situation,and through consulting relevant literature and documents,focusing on the operation of China-Europe trains and the supply of goods,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the channel,operation,mode,type of goods,direction and flow of goods of China-Europe trains,this paper puts forward the main problems existing in the current China-Europe train.(2)The evaluation index system of China-Eu train operation efficiency has been established.Under the condition of satisfying the goal and principle of constructing the evaluation index system of the operational efficiency of China-Europetrains,by using the methods of analysis and comprehensive evaluation theory,and combining the existing data and statistical data of China-Europe trains,the evaluation index system of China-Eu train operation efficiency is constructed,and the evaluation index system is analyzed systematically.Finally,with the help of the expert consultation method,the evaluation index system of China-Eu train operation efficiency is constructed.(3)taking the improved DEA as the core,the evaluation model of China-Eu train operation efficiency is established.Considering the difference of the importance of each index,the Grey Cross Dea Evaluation Model and the Grey Game Cross Dea evaluation model are established respectively based on the evaluation of the total and the grouping operation efficiency of China-Europe train.In the evaluation,the author effectively explores the root causes of the low operational efficiency of trains in China and Europe,and gives new constructive suggestions for the improvement of operational efficiency,so as to guide the relevant departments to formulate scientific and reasonable strategies,in order to find the breakthrough of efficiency and promote the sustainable development of China-Europe freight trains,it is helpful for each city to combine its own characteristics.
