Evaluation Of Port Logistics Efficiency Based On Cross-efficiency DEA-IAHP Research

In the current era,with the rapid development of economy,the integration and the promotion of globalization,the economic,political and cultural exchanges in various countries and regions of the world have become increasingly close.The port plays a pivotal role in the development of the global supply chain.The development of the port has a very important impact on the economic situation.In other words,the development of the port needs further improvement and improvement.Although in the field of port logistics,China's development speed has absolute advantages over other countries,the reality of late start and poor foundation is undoubted.This has led to low logistics efficiency and logistics in the development of port logistics in China.The lack of ability is also exposed one by one.Therefore,on the basis of the healthy,rapid and efficient development of port logistics in China,the first priority is to pursue the maximization of the benefits of the port.Second,we must also improve the infrastructure construction of the port,as well as the improvement and development of the port's informationization level.The potential for mining will be devoted to more efforts,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the port,maximize the port's economic driving capability,and promote the sustainable economic development of the region and surrounding areas.This article takes the Maanshan Port Group as an example.In view of the improvement of the logistics efficiency of the Ma'anshan Port Group,the status quo of domestic and international port logistics efficiency is briefly reviewed from the very beginning;then from the port infrastructure,warehouse management level,and information level And the development potential of the port,analyzing the current situation of the Ma'anshan Port Group;constructing a corresponding indicator system;using the comprehensive evaluation model based on the cross-efficiency DEA and the Inter-area Analytical Hierarchy Process(IAHP)to analyze the logistics of the Maanshan Port Group for the past three years The assessment of efficiency shows that the Maanshan Port Group's logistics efficiency has risen in the past three years,and concluded that the Maanshan Port Group was 0.9726 in 2015,0.9697 in 2016,and 0.9882 in 2017.The basic trend is rising.Moreover,compared with some of the surrounding ports,the Ma'anshan Port Group is in the middle compared with other ports;finally,it proposes corresponding countermeasures for the problems existing in the logistics development of the Ma'anshan Port Group.
