In order to enhance the core competitiveness and reduce operation cost,many companies pay more and more attention to employees' training.However,the situation for employees to apply the learned from training to the job is very rare.Therefore,how to facilitate training transfer is a key issue in enterprises' human resource management.As one of the earliest foreign-owned enterprises to enter the market of China construction design consultancy industry,the core competitiveness of Company A is its talents.Being the reserved talents,graduate engineers are of great significance to the company's development and competitiveness improvement.The company spends a lot of money on the training of graduate engineers every year,but the training effectiveness is not ideal.The main reason is that it ignores the training transfer,which causes the disproportionation of investment and outcomes.Then,how to facilitate the training transfer and increase the training effectiveness have become the priority of the company's human resource management.Focused on the theme,by the adoption of literature research method,work interviews,questionnaire survey and analytical induction method,the thesis makes a survey on the status quo of graduate engineers' training transfer in Company A.It diagnoses the existing problems are inappropriate training design,lack of supporting system and lack of comprehensive evaluation.Through the analysis,the causes are incomplete training organization system,obstacles in the work environment that inhibit training transfer,lack of training evaluation system and graduate engineers lack the motivation to transfer.Based on those factors,the author proposes the company should design a scientific training system for graduate engineers,create the organizational environment that encourage transfer,conduct an effective training evaluation systemand encourage graduate engineers responsibility and self-management.Meanwhile,it also provides the implementation guarantees,including the training organization and personnel guarantee,combination of training and performance management,the implementation and control of training process.Positive training transfer will not only improve the graduate engineers' individual performance,but also enhance the company's performance.This is a win-win situation.The research achievements have good practical significance.For Company A,it can conduct the improvement on its graduate engineers' training transfer,so as to lay a good foundation for its operational management and human resource development.The conclusion will enrich empirical researches on training transfer at home and abroad,and provide training management references to those companies in construction design industry.
