Employee training is not only conducive to improving the professional ability of employees and meeting the needs of employees to realize self-value,but also conducive to building an efficient work performance system and improving the work quality of enterprises,so as to help enterprises gain competitive advantages.With the rapid development of our economy and the improvement of productivity level,as well as the new age of cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence such as the development and popularization of new scientific technology,high-speed passenger rail system staff quality promotion facing a higher request,this needs to optimize the staff training system,cultivating high quality talents,guaranteed enterprise in an impregnable position in the intense market competition.Based on the competence quality model,accurately grasp the training needs of employees,combining the need for jobs,give prominence to the training efficiency,improve the actual effect of staff training,to inspire potential employees,improve staff quality,realizing the objective of the employee and the company benefit "incentive compatibility",China's economic development has important meaning to new era.This study takes xinyang east railway station of high-speed railway as an example.Based on the competency model,this study comprehensively USES the method of literature review,observation and questionnaire survey to study employee training.Through human resources situation of high iron xinyang station summarizes,in combination with using the method of questionnaire,and based on the competence quality model to analyze the current employee training demand,training costs,training contents and training effect evaluation of existing problems,and from the training courses,training lecturer in management system,training evaluation mechanism and training management Angle four countermeasures are put forward.
