The filter is the most important component to ensure the high cleanliness of oil in hydraulic systems. Because of the market requirement changing from single species mass to varieties of small batch, mixed-model assembly line of hydraulic filter is demanded which is in accordance with lean production concept. The research of mixed-model assembly line scheduling problem is conducive to achieve better economic targets, the problem is a kind of NP-Hard combinatorial optimization problem, developing an efficient and realizable arithmetic leads to important theoretical significance and practical value.According to the design and scheduling of hydraulic filter mixed-model assembly line problem, the main contents of this thesis are summarized as follows:In chapter 1, the current production status of hydraulic filter, lean production concept and methods of production line layout are introduced, the mixed-model assembly line and the current research status of scheduling problem are reviewed. The research significance and content are brought forward.In chapter 2, the production batches characteristics and assembly process of hydraulic filter mixed-model assembly line is analyzed, the workshop is divided into 9 process areas and the equipment layout scheme is completed.In chapter 3, the hydraulic schematic diagram, main components selection scheme and electrical system design of the pressure test platform are completed according to the functional requirement. The technological process of the automatic ultrasonic cleaner is designed according to the functional requirement of the cleaning and drying process.In chapter 4, the actual scheduling problem is simplified conveniently and the mathematical model is established, the main optimize parameters of hydraulic filter mixed-model assembly line are proposed. The computational scale of the model is analyzed briefly.In chapter 5, the mathematical model to minimize the maximum completion time is constructed and a hybrid heuristic-genetic algorithm is developed, a method based on hybrid heuristic and event-driven principle which is used to determine scheduling scheme is developed, examples of different scales verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. The comparison indicates that the composite indicator of the algorithm is superior to that of single heuristic-genetic algorithms.In chapter 6, the mathematical model to minimize the total number of production line workers and earliness time was constructed and a serial genetic algorithm was developed according to the limit of date of delivery. Examples prove the necessity of the problem and the effectiveness of the algorithm. The influence of the algorithm parameters on the efficiency and optimization are analyzed, the recommended values are determined.In chapter 7, the main research work and achievements of the full text are concluded and the direction of future research are put forward.
