Study On The Planning Area Delimitation Of Gulang County Based On The Perspective Of Urban-Rural Co-Ordination

At present,China has entered a new era of urban-rural integration.As a specific implementation path to achieve urban-rural integration,urban-rural co-ordination is an important strategic measure to guide the healthy and rapid development of urban and rural areas in the future.As the coexistence space of urban and rural two main bodies,the planning area should adhere to the delimitation principle based on the overall planning of urban and rural areas.Because of the great differences in the development between the East and the west of China,the specific implementation paths of urban and rural coordination will also be different.How to make better use of the concept of urban-rural coordination to guide the delimitation of planning areas and make them really play a role in urban planning is the purpose of this study.Firstly,this paper combs the research trends of planning areas at home and abroad and the concept and delimitation methods of planning areas,and points out the rationality of drawing lessons from the concept of urban-rural integration in planning areas.Then summarizes from the technical level that planning areas should be based on the connotation of urban-rural integration,urban-rural planning law,and small cities in underdeveloped areas in Northwest China as a breakthrough point,and puts forward that the emphasis should be on ecological tradition.The planning area is delimited in three aspects: ecological coordination,space coordination and facilities coordination.The key point of ecological overall planning research is to build a complete ecological function as the premise,and to consider the relationship between the artificial ecological environment and the surrounding natural ecological environment in the central city as a whole.In order to ensure the organic integration of rural natural ecological environment and artificial ecological environment,priority should be given to incorporating the areas closely related to urban development into the planning area.The key point of space overall planning research is to build a complete urban and rural spatial function as the premise,focusing on the internal relationship between urban and rural areas.Reasonable planning area is not only an effective area for urban radiation to drive the countryside,but also a basic space for rural support to ensure urban development.At the same time,this paper constructs a research on the supporting area of central urban area under the influence of radiation to the countryside and various factors based on "field strength model" in Gulang County.Facilities overall planning focuses on dividing major foundations affecting urban development into planning areas,including comprehensive transport facilities and infrastructure and public facilities.The comprehensive transportation facilities are based on the radiation scope of the "one hour traffic circle" of linear transportation and the construction of major transportation facilities.The basic public facilities mainly include the water source area,its protected areas and facilities with negative effects of their own,which are classified into the planning area for strict control.Finally,according to the relationship between different co-ordination,the "three types of co-ordination" is coordinated,and the preliminary planning area is checked and verified,and the planning area of Gulang County is determined comprehensively.
