Study On The Interaction Between New Urbanization And Construction Industrialization

At present,our country is in the period of steady development of national economy and rapid urbanization.The new urbanization process has put forward new requirements for the construction industry.There are many disadvantages in the traditional construction mode of the construction industry,and the construction industrialization can achieve environmental protection,energy saving,improve production efficiency and product quality.Therefore,the development of construction industrialization can make a qualitative leap in China's construction level and help the construction of new urbanization in China.As an important driving force of China's modernization construction,the good interaction between construction industrialization and new urbanization is particularly critical.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the deep-seated interaction between them in order to realize their coordinated development and jointly play the main role in China's modernization construction.In order to investigate the relationship between the two,this paper divides the new urbanization into four subsystems: population,economy,society and ecological urbanization,explores the two-way relationship between the four subsystems and the construction industrialization,and then reflects the logical relationship between the construction industrialization and the main contents of the new urbanization.Based on the data of 2005-2017 in China,the development status and interaction effects of four new urbanization subsystems and construction industrialization were investigated by using the methods of entropy method,coupling coordination model,cointegration test,Granger causality test and impulse response model.The results show that the development level of construction industrialization in China lags behind that of economic,social and ecological urbanization;the coordination degree between construction industrialization and economic and social urbanization is relatively high,which deviates from the development of population urbanization;there is a long-term and balanced co-integration relationship between construction industrialization and new urbanization;and the interaction effect of population,economy,social urbanization and construction industrialization is significant in the short term.The impact of Ecological Urbanization on construction industrialization is relatively lagging behind;the impact of population and Ecological Urbanization on construction industrialization has a long lag period,while the impact of social urbanization is faster.This result is in good agreement with Granger causality test,which shows the scientificity of the model.Accordingly,some suggestions are put forward in terms of strengthening and utilizing the interaction effect between them and shortening the lag period.
