Evaluation Of The Development Level Of Construction Industrialization In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based On The Theory Of Sustainable Development

With the increasingly prominent restricting effect of environmental and resource problems on the development of human society,the traditional development model of "high production,high energy consumption and high pollution" is gradually denied,and the sustainable development strategy of coordinated development of society,economy and environment has been accepted by more and more countries.Based on the national development strategy of building a "resource-conserving" and "environment-friendly" society and the demand for sustainable development of the construction industry,China's construction industry began to transform and upgrade in the aspects of green building and construction industry modernization since 2015.As the future development direction of the construction industry,the construction industrialization takes the sustainable development as the goal and has a positive impact on the solution of the problems of resources and energy consumption.In this context,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cluster is the key area to promote the development of the construction industry,and its development status serves as a reference for other regions.Therefore,how to measure its development level has become the primary basic issue to promote the development of the construction industry.This paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as the research scope,and comprehensively evaluates the development of architectural industrialization based on the theory of sustainable development,so as to enrich its theoretical basis,accurately grasp the development level of architectural industrialization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,and provide reference for its scientific decision-making.First of all,through literature research,this paper summarizes the research and development status of the construction industrialization at home and abroad,introduces the connotation and related concepts of the construction industrialization,and analyzes the bottleneck of the development of the construction industrialization in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,according to the scientific,systematic,comprehensive and regional principle,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign mature system of sustainable development,combined with current situation of the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region construction industrialization in China,through the literature review method and brainstorming method of index screening,set up including society,economy,environment and resources,technological innovation and the four system,16 indicators of evaluation index system of building industrialization level of development;Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight,and then the grey comprehensive evaluation is used to comprehensively evaluate the development level of construction industrialization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.Based on the theory of sustainable development,the construction of the evaluation system of the development level of construction industrialization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is carried out,which provides reference for the evaluation of the development level of construction industrialization in other regions in terms of sustainable development,and promotes the government to formulate feasible policies and measures to promote the sustainable development of construction industrialization.
