In recent years,China's new energy industry has developed rapidly.The wind power industry has maintained the first place in terms of total installed capacity for many years in the world.The development of new energy industry is particularly important to cope with the triple pressures of conventional energy depletion,environmental pollution intensified and extreme climate change,and significance for the improvement of energy consumption structure and sustainable development of the country.Taking wind power industry as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the industrialization of wind power technology in our country at the present stage according to the development of wind power industry.Based on the theories of technological innovation,technology diffusion and high-tech industrialization,this paper expounds the industrialization process of wind power technology.At the same time,it divides the influencing factors of wind power technology industrialization into internal and external factors and analyzes the mechanism of the whole influencing factors.Wind power technology plays a role in the technical research and development stage,it is most influenced by such factors as talent,market,policy environment,resource endowment,technological innovation and service environment,it shows that technology is the key element and core power of industrialization of wind power technology.Wind power market plays a role in commercialization applications stage and industrialization stage,it is most influenced by the policy environment,resource endowments.The capital equipment facilities of wind power play an important role in the industrialization of the entire technology and are most affected by the policy environment and service environment.At the same time,there is still a relatio nship between the factors that affect each other and ultimately affect the industrialization of wind power technology Based on the internal factors in the industrialization of wind power technology and the development characteristics of the wind power industry,The entropy method and the gray central triangle trigonometry whitening function clustering analysis method measure the level of industrialization of wind power technology.The result shows that the overall level of the development of wind power technology industrialization is still in the primary stage but the gap is large between provinces,and the wind power technology of Hebei,Gansu,Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia are in the stage of industrialization,Ningxia is in the stage of semi-industrialization,while most of the remaining regions are in the stage of non-industrialization.Taking the wind power industry as an example,the countermeasures to promote the industrialization of new energy technologies are put forward in light of the problems existing in the industrialization of technology and the internal and external influencing factors.The measures include the establishment of talent cultivation mechanism,enhancement of independent R & D capability,improvement of market operation mechanism,construction of policy support system,development of related industries,improvement of financial service environment,in order to improve the industrialization of new energy technologies in the process of lack of independent R & D capabilities,the policy mechanism is not perfect and the auxiliary service industry lags behind the development of the market to raise the level of industrialization of new energy technologies in China.
